Doug, I'm trying to understand your thinking, are you saying that the original $275M DAAP deal was with one of Shlomo’s companies and that the money is being used to support Impulse Dynamics, i.e. there was never any money just an incestuous financial arrangement between the Ben-Haim family?

If so I can see why the SFO and possibly the US regulator's have now taken a keen interest.
