According to the London Stock Exchange website and my trading account the share price is actually 4.90p up 18% today.

What I think will happen is that Amit will completely stone wall all Stage 1 requests including the EGM which obviously leads to Stage 2, however I believe Amit will have by then sold/transfered all his assets to Israel.

Then it's a simple question of are shareholders willing to stump up a Stage 2 fee (which won't be proportional to losses) to sue Amit in Israel under Israeli law and knowing fall well they protect their own whilst a war is going on there, the chances of any possible return is slim at best, of course any litigation should have been done seven years ago.

Very easy to lose a mil. As an example, there's a shareholder on another bb who was at one point nearly £3m in profit then the share price collapsed all the way down from 109p to 2p in a very short time, he never sold a single share and now has about a £400k loss, he basically fell in love with the share and paid the price.

Tim, if all goes to plan and there is a Stage 2 will it be more fee's or purely No Win No Fee as I can't see many people stumping up more cash?

Probably best to wait for the email from Tim explaining everything in better detail as it does seem very confusing at the moment, COPL fee's ranged from way under 1% to over 6% with the smallest shareholders paying the most as per usual.

"£180 legal fee to become part of the Group Action" when was this fee agreed and between whom and when were you going to tell people, I thought everyone signed up to the flat £100 that you put forward in your group email, also is it just the one fee with no more to pay and what about it being proportional to losses as some have only lost a couple of £k whilst others have lost £400K plus, that's hardly fair is it if everyone pays the same fee?

Obviously there is no $275m or even $50m that's just made up nonsense, the legal action is firstly to prove that is indeed the case and then secondly to sue both Amit and hopefully the Nomad for everyone's losses, the lawyer Michael Cotter has successfully sued similar companies and individuals in the past but you need to be part of the class action in order to benefit.

One of the side benefits already of the proposed legal action is that it has stopped any more bs updates, thank goodness.

For losses up to £2500 the fee is just £20 so for you it's well worth doing but be quick as it's closing soon.

I think most pi's will join the class action as long as it's truly proportional to losses (i.e. a flat figure of 2% for everyone), COPL is semi-proportional ranging from 6% including vat for small investments and 1% or less for the higher amounts which really isn't that fair.

It would be interesting to see if the Nomad is indeed liable.

Amit will do anything to not let the truth get out so expect the unexpected.

A 1-2% of losses gamble against the possibliity of getting a substantial amount back, you would be silly not to do it or put it another way if you didn't then read sometime later that the CAG got 80% of losses back for everyone, how would you feel?
