Steve, you obviously weren't born with patience, Class Actions (although this isn't one just yet) can take years for a final outcome.

I'm afraid NewboF is quite correct, the only thing that will move the sp up is NCI validation, signed contracts or a takeover, hopefully all three will happen this year we just need patience.

Also, I'm pretty sure that after this Class Action is successful you will need to find another lawyer and start the whole process from scratch again which would probably cost way more than this current Class Action did.

If FAB was listed on an American exchange it would be valued 10-30 times what it is now which is why it is a prime takeover target hostile or otherwise, it is inevitable.

Agreed anything under 15p is the buy point, I'm looking at hopefully 30p by Christmas.

2025 was always going to be FAB's year, NCI validation, contracts or a takeover, I just wish I had bought more in the 3's.

Agreed, traders must learn to hold shares longer in order to get better profits but you always get those that are happy with their 5% profit, it's not for me I prefer to hold until 30p which will be sometime this year.
