Hopefully we get the NCI news this month which would easily break the 30p target, very very rare to be in an AIM company that doesn't need a fund raise, just ignore the trolls who have obviously missed buying at 0.4p or less :-)

Of course another way to instantly increase the sp is to have a dual listing in the US where investors there pay top dollar for high tech successful companies like FAB which would mean the UK sp rising to match.

Any takeover will have to go to a shareholder vote as we own the majority of the shares but to be persuaded the offer would have to be multiples of todays sp, I originally invested in FAB primary for a takeover and won't sell until that happens which I firmly believe will be this year.

Always a good sign when the derampers arrive, stt1 I suggest you read the last few rns's, they will inform you as to why the sp has increased.

10p was always going to be a sell point for some as that was the first target to be breached, the real money to be made is for those that hold for the NCI news and/or takeover.

All the signs indicate it will be Roche Pharmaceuticals after the NCI aggrement is announced, my guess is the buyout price will be between 50-100p.

It always amazes me when people sell for their 10% profit even though it was blindingly obvious since the Grant RNS and the upcoming NCI agreement that FAB will seriously multibag in 2025, some people just don't have the patience to make serious money in shares and then get angry when the SP inevitably goes north.

Fully expect 10p to go this month and then to break 40p sometime in 2025 and that's even before a possible bidding war on a takeover which is inevitable, remember it was 195p only four years ago.

I would say sometime in the latter half of 2025, for me it's always been about FAB being taken over, it is inevitable.

Exactly, FAB will be a takeover target once the NCI validates it's OptiMAL technology, if that happens then there's the possibility of a bidding war, the sp at that point will go absolutely mental very quickly.

I think everyone is just waiting on Mr Cotter to do his thing.

Michael Cotter is also the lawyer for the current COPL class action, 500 plus shareholders in that group are very happy with him, he's won multiple class actions in the past and is most certainly the genuine article.

If damages are won via this class action then only those in this group will get paid (obviously), if you're outside the group and want damages then you need to start a new group or sue Amit yourself which would cost a lot of money.

PYC probably has it's merits I'm sure but FAB has just been derisked so it's a no brainer to buy in now before the expected rerate.

No, it's just a rewrite of all the previous bull5hit promises he's made, it does however look like the legal case is now getting to him. I reckon Havegun is either Amit or one of his 3 idiot disciples who frequent Twitter a lot.

Doug, good result there with the 10% needed for an EGM which of course Amit will completely ignore but at least it allows the Class Action to move foward.

FAB is definitely a rarity on AIM, an excellent bod who want to grow the business and importantly the sp, many many multiples of todays price still to come, lots of contracts and then hopefully a full takeover in 2025.
