As everyone already knew anyway, Amit has just confirmed he continued to flog his useless shares, another 119M at presumably 1p each so that's another £1,190,000 gone into his back pocket which answers why he continued to pump out all these (40 plus) bs updates aided and abetted by Amit's useful idiots (two of which popped up today).

As others have said it is absolutely unbelievable that people were still happy to hand over cash to Amit after all his years of proven bs, just goes to show how easy it is to scam people and that there really is one born every minute.

Gtc, I could be wrong but I'm sure I've read somewhere that Roche already has a partnership (however small) with FAB so they're definitely on their radar, my gut feeling is that they're waiting for the NCI validation to be successful before making their move.

SPC, that's the whole point of Stage 1 of the legal action is to force Amit to provide solid evidence that the DaaP and License deals are actually genuine, once legally proved they're not then (a) the bs updates will come to an end (actual closure) and (b) Stage 2 will try and recoup monies from Amit.

My guess for the continuation of the bs updates is to buy him time to escape the country with all his assets transferred abroad.

Although not happy about the placing (we were fully funded until 2026 after all) I am pleased there was no discount (which is very rare) a long term institutional investor has taken them and that the proceeds will be used for promotion of the companies products which was the one area FAB fell short on.

Quite clearly those big sells in the last 3-4 days were obviously insider dealings, very naughty, hopefully those sells will stop as we are now FULLY FUNDED.

I guess it's cheap since the grant news but it was 2.9p not that long ago which WAS cheap. Obviously someone is selling here big time, they probably need the money elsewhere or just impatient through the lack of news, best we can all do is either switch off or continue to buy for the inevitable multibag later this year.

Thanks Doug, by comparison RBMInvest is the main representative/organiser of the COPL Class Action and without whom probably would not have happened. Those complaining don't realise how much effort and time is envolved in setting up a Share Holder Action Group and the gathering of all the encriminating evidence, it's a big task.
