Amit's still got loads to sell, as cheap as 1p last time I heard.
"if certificate holders issued by the company have not had contact from the paying agent by close of business on 2nd April 2024 (EST) you are advised to email the company at contact@cloudtag.com FAO Corporate Share Action where we shall involve the paying agent directly to handle your notification process."
This paragraph doesn't make sense, aren't the payment agent already involved? lol
The daily updates are getting more and more idiotic, it's almost like Amit's got a child to write them.
AIM4 "Didn’t the original key 6 weeks leading to payment terminate just as everyone shut up shop for Christmas?" Yes Amit does have form on this with his timings just before major holidays.
Good old hubba, your continued stupidity never lets me down. 😂 😂
There are two types of certificates, one issued by Amit (probably printed on his home computer) and there's Computershare (the official one).
Hubba, when it states "shareholders who hold certificates issued by the company" I'm assuming it's the certificates Amit issued himself i.e. all the shares he has sold since delist which obviously he has a list of email addresses, those who hold certificates issued by Computershare probably still have to wait.
"it looks very impressive at least" lol, technology wise it was out of date even in 2017.
I wonder what both groups would have said about COPL and it's miscreant ceo Art?
What makes it even worse is that COPL is Main market and should have been better protected by the regulators, unfortunately we all know the FCA is useless at it's job.
The only way to win in this game is either Day Trade or invest only in FTSE100 High Dividend shares, the good old days of making serious money in shares have long gone.
I could have sworn I read on this bb years ago that somebody had said that he only bought more shares because Amit had promised him that a relist was definitely going ahead, I've also read the same on Twitter BUT as Doug correctly say's how can it be proven unless of course somebody has a voice recording of Amit specifically saying it or in emails.
I would say selling millions of shares on the pretense of the relist which never happened would come under the definition of fraud.
Cheers, for Android always use Brave and for Windows use Edge with the Adblocker Ultimate extension.
Dogging 😆
"We acknowledge and sympathise with shareholders’ frustrations regarding the delays experienced."
Also I love it that he said "we" when it's only him at Cloudtag. 😂
Spikey, I would say claiming to have $50M in a US bank (sounds like a typical Nigerian email) is an offence in itself wherever that's serious enough to be extradited to the US I don't know.
This is the first time Amit has giving out solid evidence in actually naming the bank, hopefully Doug will update the SFO with this new information.
I have to agree with Helx on this in contacting the CIBC Bank in Chicago, Illinois.
Of course they won't give out any information due to US data protection laws BUT if you were to contact their dedicated fraud department and say Amit Bin-Haim the sole director/employee of Cloudtag Inc has deposited $50M in their escrow account that is due to be paid out to shareholders as per the Cloudtag website but has so far refused to and that you and most of the other shareholders believe it to be a fraud whilst also mentioning that the Serious Fraud Office in the UK is also investigating, they may perhaps do an internal investigation themselves and if found to be false alert the US authorities.
If Amit is indeed lying as we all suspect he's now opened himself up to be in really big trouble, i.e. extradited to the US and serve jail time.
Well Amit either has to distribute the $50M or say that the whole deal is off, what is obvious is that he can't keep giving out bs updates as no one apart from the extremely gullible believe him anymore.
Pikey "OT, the ads on this site are making it almost unusable, sort it out ffs.." use the Brave browser, you will never see an ad again.
Soyo 'The Company remains under strict non-disclosure agreements.' you can bet your last penny that is also a lie, the problem is no one is willing to challenge him on it, if he was ever dragged kicking and screaming in to court all his lies over last 7 years would be brutely exposed.
"Another couple of weeks should do it imo" you said that two weeks ago and then two weeks before that, etc, etc. 😂
