As I said previously, yes a legal victory or an out of court settlement would indeed set a precedent however if you're not part of this particular class action then you wouldn't receive any payout, you would need to engage a new lawyer or mabye even Mr Cotter and pay the appropriate fee's for a new class action.

My guess is that he sold out at about 13p and then desperately tried to deramp hoping to get back in at under 10p, plan obviously didn't work and of course the downside to that is if the NCI contract rns lands then you loss big time.

Although I would love to see it, I would be very very surprised if Amit faces any karma what so ever or even pays back a single penny, it's all far too late for that it really should have been done way back in 2017.

You won't get your money back via the company but hopefully will via the current legal route (those that are part of it of course). The shares will be deleted from all nominee accounts when it eventually get's delisted.

I do hope Rocka sells and then straight after the NCI contract or a big pharma contract RNS lands, that would teach him a very valuable lesson in investing.

Like Troutisout I bought the majority of my holding between 3-4p so it's an easy hold for me but I believe even at this price it's a good buy considering the potential news this year, it is a low risk share which is a rarity on AIM.

Obviously you're not cut out for long term investing, patience is key.

You can't really blame the CEO as he was completely shafted by the two Americans but luckily he got the domain name back. However someone mentioned that reading between the lines of the latest update the domain name might have to be sold, well considering it's more than 50% of the companies worth and also it's crown jewels it would be a very bad decision as you end up with literally no company assets and the money raised would probably be used quite quickly on day to day expenses.

Raising enough funds via a placing at such a low share price will probably wipe out most shareholders so the company is definitely in a bind.

If I was Callum I would keep the domain name and website at all costs, do an entrim placing to cover the next 6 months and then try and sign up a strategic long term partner or maybe dump the current plan which doesn't seem to be working and change direction and start on something new, the last thing you want is Callum leaving.

Looks like Amit is still getting posts deleted, maybe the legal pressure is getting to him.

Everyone is just waiting for the NCI contract and other pharma contracts to be signed, until then the sp will just drift up and down between the 12-16p range, just need to be patient.

As part of the current class action I'm not too happy about that either however the possible downside for those taking part in a second class action is that the payout could be a lot less then the first payout.

I don't know how long class actions take in general from beginning to the final payout, this one has been one and a half years so far but I'm hoping it will conclude to our satisfaction sometime this year.

My advice is to wait until it's finished and then contact Mr Cotter who will obviously have all the information already and then start a new action, presumably the second one will take less time and cost less as most of the work is already done.

I said last week that this week was going to be crazy, never in a million years did I think it would drop over 27% on validation news but I guess that's AIM for you. If I had any spare money I would literally put it all in here whilst the sp is so low and then simply wait for the upgraded NCI contract to land in a few months time, hold for gold as they say.

It seems obvious to me that FAB are now looking at a far more substantial contract with the NCI than the original one first envisaged hence the delay of a few months or could it be that the US National Institutes of Health are looking at buying FAB outright, it's going to be a very interesting Q1 2026.

Jollifant, that was me predicting 50p by the EOY obviously that was dependant on a nice juicy multi year contract with NCI being signed and rns'd unfortunately that hasn't happened yet which is most disappointing but it will be at some point, if you remember I also said 2026 will be FAB's year which hopefully will result in a takeover.

As for the sp this is a classic AIM retrace after solid news which does have it's benefits as it get's rid of the impatient but it also gives us the opportunity to add more shares at quite frankly a ridiculously cheap price, everything now going forward is all about the delivery of contracts.

The simple fact is the sp will only rerate when actual contracts are signed and rns'd, the drop in the last two days is due to the lack of news on the NCI contract which we all had hoped would have been revealed before the Optimal launch today.

One thing is certain though FAB is now on everyones radar, personally I waiting for a takeover sometime in 2026 for over £1 a share and probably the first thing you will know about it is that the share will be suspended before the market opens, you've got to be in it to win it.
