Hi Gus. All possibilities and it’s anyone’s guess. One thing we know is that we have been long overdue a bump up and it’s looking well.

I said last year that I felt sure we would see a significant progress update in the 2nd half of 2025, and I’m doubling down on that !!

hi phil, i previously noted that there is nothing logical about our historical pricing levels. but i do expect this psychotic situation has put an even larger spotlight on the falklands and bor in particular.

as a fellow long term investor i know you’ll be well aware of this.

hopefully the ceasefire lasts, but israel has a proven record of breaking them, and the usa are also completely untrustworthy. so i doubt this is over !!

then again, it’s been a pure joy to see iran booting seven pales of **** out of the genocidal israelis and i’m quite sure they never expected to get as bad a hiding as they’ve received. iran is now closer than ever to russia, china, pakistan and north korea. and if i was them i’d be building a nuclear bomb asap.

it’ll take israel a while to recover from this, but if i was iran i’d be extremely cautious and have the hypersonic missiles on standby.

It was obvious that this was going to happen and with the straight of Hormuz now closed to 20% of the worlds oil traffic the price of oil is going to take off, basically everything I said would happen will be happening in short order !!

Let’s see how this affects us tomorrow and the coming days and weeks. I’d be astonished if the mm’s can keep us below 7p for much longer, but then again there’s not much logic in our historic pricing level.

Trump announced a 2 week limit for peace talks to commence with Iran and Israel and you can bet he’s just using that time to get his forces in place to attack Iran in another illegal and immoral move from the USA and Israel.

At that point oil will shoot up and so will we, along with every other oiler that’s nowhere near the Middle East.

If these maniacs go ahead with an attack on Irans nuclear facilities and oil refineries, I can easily see $100 a barrel in the near future.

Zyx, I agree with the response from Gus.

The licence extensions have been renewed several times and I see no reason why we would suddenly be faced with a hard stop situation. Especially if we either have a partner, or are negotiating with potential partners to develop Darwin etc.

I think the question should really be; why would we not get a license extension ?

Regarding your other question about progress with potential partners, I also think there is no way we would get anything more than the info contained in the recent company statement from Harry.

It’s a good question, but like you said, what you can ask and what they can answer are two different things entirely.

Interesting to see us pushing against 7p for the past week or so. It looks like we are holding well at approx 6.5p. I think a further push is coming and I hope it takes us past 8p and onto double figures once FID is announced by RKH in the next month or two.

ZYX, I agree with you on Navitas as I also think they are overstretched right now and BOR is a bridge too far, dir now anyway.

I also agree on SE Asia as I’ve already said I’d be on a plane to China and discussing Darwin etc with them. If nothing else it would help put a rocket up the ar$$ of any potential partners to either use it or lose it !!

As for the rest I have to disagree for the same reasons as noted by Gus.

I’m not actually sure what your point was, you said a lot without actually getting to the 3rd act !!

Intoodeep, I agree with everything that you said. £280m for BOR would be an outrageous sell price for a company that had already spent more than that obtaining 2D & 3D mapping that identifies plenty high value prospects. And of course there’s always the $30 billion Darwin discovery that only requires a flow test in order to complete the discovery and evaluation process.

Anything less than £1 a share is taking the pure p1sh !!

That said, if a flat out offer was made to buy BOR at say 50p a share, and HB signed off on it, I might not like it, but I would feel it prudent to agree.

But anything less and they can ram their offer !!

I well remember the Falklands boom about 13 years ago and it was an exciting time. That’s also why I got in, but I stayed because of BOR and our Darwin discovery, and absolute faith that it will be developed.

It really never occurred to me that it would be left untouched, that just seems like a crazy notion !!

So here we are 13 years later and it looks very much like a fresh wind has caught our sail, and will blow us all straight to the promised land :)

Happy days for the faithful, and those smart enough to get onboard at these prices. When BOR moves, it moves very fast and take off hasn’t happened yet, it’ll be obvious to us all when it does !!

Well it’s good to see we have rebounded and are back into the 7’s again in short order.

I’m actually quite pleased that a bunch of people sold out and ran yesterday as it clearly opened the door for new investors and others who are adding to their position. The ones who cut and ran are now looking at taking a hit if they want back in.

I keep saying it, funda f’ing mentals !!

Stick to that and you’ll never go wrong.

Nothing has changed and we are in an increasingly better position with RKH awaiting FID, the Falklands then becoming an oil producing country and BOR holding nigh on half a billion barrels of a highly prized gas condensate (transition fuel).

I do wonder how far we will climb ahead of a significant rns, and where our new base price will level out at.

But the further we move from my break even price, the larger the sh it eating grin on my boat :)

It’s been a long time coming so happy days !!

Interesting day, it’s worth noting markets are down all over so it’s not just us. Even the FTSE is in the red.

I’m not the least bit bothered as I have said many times, I’m not here to trade, I’m here to invest and see a return on my wedge, and it’s not 7p or anywhere close to that !!

I see we have another window licker here today. Co cK Watcher has came out from under his bridge and my advise I’d to join Phil in filtering the wrong’un.

Rookie, this is why I’ve not sold a single share.

I’m not here for 7p, or 10p or even 50p.

I expect a share price of £1 because that’s the minimum that we are worth !!

It’s basic math, at $60 a barrel with 450 million barrels and with a 20% stake our market cap should be $4.5 billion. That gives us a share price over $6, and that’s just for Darwin.

Anyone saying we won’t see £1+ is a half wit, who is shockingly bad at maths.

The only question is how long, but the fundamentals don’t lie, so I’m happy to wait !!
