Just checked II and the price is about to drop to 9p.

This is ridiculous, what kind of halfwit would sell their shares at sub 10p when all my logic and reasoning says this is almost certain to go the other way and start flying.

If we aren’t balls deep in negotiations with one of the majors at this very moment, I would like to see every single one of our senior management resign in disgrace and let someone have a go that actually knows how to sell water in the desert !!

Every day the global economic picture is looking worse and we are all heading toward a long depression driven by an energy crisis and shortage of oil and gas thanks to the war criminal yanks and Israelis.

So I’d love to know how it is that we are going down instead of straight up, like a f’ing rocket !!

Our sp should be multiples of the current price.

Yet nothing but silence from our board !!

Hi Phil, so Divi is back at it again is he; that explains the green filtered nonsense.

This share is outrageous, I see we dipped to 8.5p at some point earlier today, and there aren’t even 1m shares traded and no news to warrant such a large drop.

I’ll sit back and see how many fools are parted with their money, and moan again when we are back at the 10p lull lol.

Hopefully some explosive news coming our way soon and it’ll be bye bye 10p and hello Champagne wishes & caviar dreams.

I think the last 2 spring updates have been in May, but the sooner the better and I’ll be keeping a particular focus on the language used in this update for sure.

In the absence of any progress re a partner or buyer, I do wonder if they will have to mention another funding exercise at year end, or they might kick the can down the road and leave it to the last minute (say Sept for example).

I’m sure I read an old investor imparting his wisdom many moons ago and saying that impatience has been the folly of many an investor…. I get it, but ffs how patient do we have to be !!

With our geographical location and volume of hydrocarbons, Darwin should be at the top of every major oil companies mergers and acquisitions list, and yet we have heard SFA.

And our price seems stuck at the 10p range, it’s truly baffling !!

I wouldn’t say it was rushed either, it’s not like he just got them, hence my comment about it taking him long enough.

I like to think that this is an indication of a deal in the works that could be announced soon. But this is clearly wishful thinking as I have no idea what the current status is.

Phil, I was just thinking there… it might be an exercise in semantics, but if a deal isn’t on the table, but it’s heading that way, I would expect it to be ok to exercise the warrants as they’re not breaking any rules…

Which makes it very interesting indeed, but also pure speculation on my part.

Hi Phil, it certainly took him long enough. It is good, but it’s a double edged sword:

A non-executive director (NED) cannot exercise share options while in possession of material non-public information (MNPI) regarding a pending deal, regardless of how long they wait. The controlling factor is not a set timeframe, but the public disclosure of the deal.

If a deal is in the pipeline but not public, the NED is in a "blackout period" and must wait until the deal is announced and a subsequent waiting period (typically 1–2 business days) has passed to ensure the information is fully absorbed by the market.

H&N, I agree and have said many, many times that the Falklands and BOR are in an astonishingly good location due to geopolitics, not to mention the vast O&G reserves that they have. It really is bewildering how this has taken so f’ing long to secure a partner, or buyer.

There should literally be a bidding war from all the top tier oil barons to secure Darwin and the rest of our acreage.

I have absolutely no doubt that this is going to blow sometime, I just hope it’s sometime soon !!

The Iranians have shown the urgent need to secure oilfields that cannot be blockaded, and all roads point to us !!

LTT, It’s been well noted that we have tier 1 oil companies looking at Darwin etc, so it’s my hope that one of them makes a move, and soon. And that excludes Navitas as they aren’t even a B team.

I’d rather flush my shares than partner with Navitas, or any other Israeli scumbag !!

It baffles me why none of the major broadcasters are discussing Israel investing in the Falklands while being the root cause of the straight of Hormuz being closed and the global impact of their reckless and immoral actions against Iran, Gaza, Lebanon etc…

They should lose their right to drill anywhere near the Falklands after everything they’ve done.

I agree with your assessment.

The race is on for either a company update on farm out/take over activity, or a fund raise.

I’d far prefer to see the former as another fund raise with no progress would not send a good message to investors, or the market in general.

It baffles me that there isn’t a bidding war going on for out acreage and discovery. Absolutely f’ing mystifying given the issues in the Middle East and global economic impact.

LTT, this subject has been done to death and it really doesn’t matter what anyone on here says as it’s a pure guess and carries no weight whatsoever.

The only figure that matters is how much you want for your shares, and how much you actually get (if we are sold outright).

I’ve said many times that anything less than £1 a share is daylight robbery, but that is just my opinion based on the value of Darwin, and the other prospects. Does it mean we will get £1 a share, does it fck.

So pick a number and your guess is as good as mine.

Hopefully we find out soon as I’d prefer a buy out to a farm in.

Hi Phil, I share your thoughts and comments exactly. I’m truly fed up hearing about how the train is coming and we just need to be patient, because it’s almost here, so don’t leave the station or you’ll miss it etc etc etc.

The only difference between us is that I feel like I’m being sold snake oil !!

But the fundamentals, logic and Calgary all point toward a significant development happening. And that’s why I’ve not sold any shares, thus far anyway.

I’ll stay on the platform because I’ve been on it for 14 f’ing years, so what’s a few more months.

Vampa, it seems obvious and logical to me that Calgary has info that the rest of us don’t, so they are increasing their holding while the nervous smaller pi’s are selling. It’s not really a huge mystery. What I find interesting is that pi’s would sell their shares when Calgary are adding shares. But each to their own.

Your position on license renewal is comical. So your logic is that we won’t get them renewed because they’ve been renewed previously… I’ll leave you to ponder this sentence and see if you can find the obvious flaw in your logic !!

But you are right on lack of any substantive progress, and this has almost certainly got some pi’s nervous. I am less than happy that there was no significant company update before year end. So I hope to see real progress and an update soon.

I share your thoughts exactly. I’m less than impressed that we never made any progress last year at all and I really don’t need to hear from anyone about all the great things that our CEO has done. I’m a salesman and that meal has expired and he can no longer dine on it !!

I genuinely expected an update by the end of last year with some statement of significant progress that had been made, but absolutely SFA.

Suffice to say it became clear that no update was coming as we approached Dec.

As you’ve said, I am glad Calgary haven’t sold any shares and this gives me some optimism, but we need to see some actual progress with an update in the first half of 2026 or they will be coming to us cap in hand again, with only a shakey nail to hang the f’ing cap on.

Not many days left till year end and I really hope to see a significant company update before we wrap up the year. I said last year that I expected this to happen, and it’s starting to get very squeaky.

Sealion FID is great news, but I want to see our own good news and I’m not interested in a statement that rides on the back of someone else’s coat tails.

If no significant update is forthcoming before Christmas, we are then into next year and that makes another fund raise very likely in the next 3-6 months. At the very least we need to know exactly what the status is regarding expressions of interest from partners or buyers. We need this update to move us onto the next level.

Patiently watching for a red dot in the next few days !!

On the plus side, sea lion FID isn’t priced into our current sp, so you’d expect us to take off when it comes through. Every cloud !!
