Apologies guys, my math was out of wack.

It’s 7 times 2p = 14p SP, which is £98M

It’s close enough to make my point.

Now 14p certainly pays a few bills, but it’s still well short of a fair price for our company !!!

How is it possible that we have a buyer who is loading up and the share price is still below 2p, even with over 3m bought this afternoon ?

Gus, you mention being concerned of a buy out, I have said before that this is certainly a real possibility. My question though is what would we be sold for ?

It cannot be legal for anyone to acquire enough shares without the price rocketing up. Look at today’s trades for example, this sub 2p price is ridiculous.

Can we not request an investigation into malpractice by the people controlling the sp ?

There must be a mechanism for this to prevent an under the counter take over that puts us all at risk !!!

Let’s say our market cap is £14m at 2p per share.

I’d say a private buy out would need to be at least £100m, and even that is a disgrace.

But that would equate to a 10p share price and at least put many of us in the green zone.

A realistic buy out price should be in the £500m range.

I think this merits a discussion and input from our group. Or at least the sensible ones amongst us.

I disagree Gus, I think November is pushing it way too close to year end and there is no other reason I can think of for the sudden price drop.

It’s exactly like the last time a fund raise was due.

If I’m right we will find out soon, and long before November.

Here we go again, it seems patently clear that this is another price drop exercise as a capital raise is clearly on its way, and I expect very soon going by the sudden drop.

I’ll be surprised if this is a “lights on” fundraise.

I see another Falklands resurgence coming up, similar to what we saw 13 years ago.
