I’m with II and got my full entitlement plus a relatively small amount (approx 100k) of the additional shares that I requested.
Also got my £8k refund yesterday so everything is in order and I’m happy as a clam.
I can also trade my shares as they are all in the same account.

Hi Phil,
I just checked the RNS history and the final results were posted on the 14th April last year so they will be due any day now.
Fingers crossed it mentions a positive update on farm in activity, or a funding solution.
Gus, that page of cups is a wrong’un and should change their username to cup of p1ss !!!
I don’t know how anyone can read the gash that this half witt spouts and not conclude that filtering them is the only reasonable course of action.

Hi all, that’s my account showing the entitled 286k shares allocated, along with a further 98k. So now holding 2,384,497 shares.
Suffice to say I’ll be adding another 116k shares to even it out lol.
As md Phil, yes it literally touched £1.30 ft or a day and then retreated once the market realised it wasn’t the black stuff.
Ironic that our gas condensate, or light sweet crude is precisely what the world needs now.

Silver, I just typed a detailed response and the page refreshed and wiped it just before sending, I’m friggin well p1ssed !!!
Short version is yes, we will have to wait and see tomorrow as that’s when they are due to be allocated to our accounts.
Well that was pretty much as expected. We will need to wait till the AGM in June to find out exactly what’s going on with farm in discussions and hopefully it will be a significant development and well received by the market.
Here’s hoping.
ATB holders
I agree Falky, I really do not see a buy out or take over happening. The BOD are clearly aiming for a farm in partner and it should be obvious to the oil barons that Howard is not budging on this issue.
BP, Shell, ConocoPhillips etc should get with the program and join in with reimbursement of our costs and a 70/30% split on Darwin gas.
Everyone leaves the party smiling and the world gets an alternative to Russian gas. Happy days !
Hi Bond,
Well noted about the market activity determining the SP.
The mm’s are clearly playing games with the margin but they cannot keep the SP at any price.
The general meeting is due this week and I really want to hear that they are in talks with a potential farm in partner. I don’t expect much more than that as I’d assume an rns would need to be issued if a deal had been reached.
The fact they are in talks should get us moving again though so I’ll take it for now.
I agree Gus, BOR can apply, but I would be surprised if they did as my personal belief is that Howard wants a farm in partner and is reluctant to budge on that.
Unless an offer at the right price was to be made for the whole acreage. And as noted before, what value do you put on a discovery worth billions and approx 600 million shares in issue.
Hi Flundra, I agree with you. The current sells are most likely going through to fund the 1.3p share entitlement for qualifying holders.
The best part is the current sells are also getting hoovered up as the bid isn’t being lowered, or that’s how it looks to me anyway.
I expect the share entitlement to be completely taken up by existing holders and will not affect existing shares in issue.
Unless there’s a mass sell off to make a tiny profit from April 7th, and I really do not expect that given the current energy situation and your further comments.
It’s high times here for us and I’m rolling about like a pig in muck with my 4 hoofs pointing straight up to the baby Jesus :))

Hi Phil, I agree. Everyone is entitled to an opinion, although I would add that if they are contrary to objective truths it’s only fair to respond with a counter view.
But I certainly aim to be courteous.

Falky, this ground has been well and truly covered over the past few months or more.
Your figures are your opinion and who knows. In my view your wildly out through and your maths don’t add up at all. Think about it for a minute, why would we take 5-10% of our 100% owned discovery, are you having a laugh ?
We were at £1.30 on the Darwin discovery when the market thought it was the black stuff.
A farm in or take over would see this go through the roof and well past the figures you’ve quoted.
Supply and demand, and what we have is in huge demand.
I agree Tincan, the closing date is 30th March so I’d expect to be notified soon after with regard to my request for additional shares. Although I really don’t expect many to be available.
I assume that my share entitlement will also be processed at month end as they’ve not appeared in my account yet.
Hi Michael,
Yes there is an option to buy more shares at the same price. So I’ve asked for the balance to take me to 500k additional shares.
If the additional shares were not at 1.3p then there’d be no point in buying them as I can do that now at market rate.
I hope that helped you.
Well after much deliberation I’ve elected to buy my basic entitlement of 286k shares. I also figured wtf, might as well make it a clean 500k so I’ve requested another 214k shares.
I’d have made it a million but let’s leave some for the investors who’ve held on.
Let’s see what the annual meeting brings up in early April.
