The EMN halt is for a placing. What do you think the chances are that CEZ will buy into EMN?

I have a hunch that MS use their app 'store' to see what apps their clients, including Azure clients, use and appear to be happy with. If a given app starts to be widely used by MS's own Azure clients then that app might be considered by MS for incorporation into Azure. In other words, the more large MS Azure clients use Keyscaler, the more likely it is that MS will buy DA.

..seems to be steadily loading up on these. There are large late reported trades listing as sells but if you check the times, they were buys. There are also large trades which appear to be sells but which are a small fraction under the mid... why would a large sell go through at such a high price? Annoys the hell out of me, this manipulation of people's perspectives. The AIM truly is a swamp.

I went in there the other day for the first time in months, posited a question about AS's supposed promise of news in Q1, and was instantly banned. That forum is a joke. Because of trolls, but also because it refuses debate. And don't get me started on the secret guild clique who are trading this share like crazy whilst simultaneously supporting their trades with commentary on the main board. Nasty nasty.

Do you mean which possible offtaker? I don't know. I suppose Tesla must be a possibility, but it could be anyone. That's if it's anything other than capital related as you say.

EMN have been suspended, at their own request, until monday earliest. (you can't buy EMN in the UK)

No idea why but Mn is also a key battery material that's in huge demand, especially as Tesla have changed their chemistry to include more of the stuff. Can't help but wonder if EMN may have news regarding a relationship with an automaker... maybe implications for us too.

There's some drivel spouted on the advfn board, and not just from the lunatic trolls. It's hard to know what DA would sell for as we don't know what revenues they're generating. But it's SAAS model requires a long term perspective on earnings. I've always guessed (and that's all it can be) at 300m to 500m. The longer we wait, the higher it will go.

Any LiOH that a customer agrees to offtake for use their batteries would be subject to analysis first. I assume you're talking about the, say, 0.6% impurity that would exist in 99.4% pure LiOH. That element or compound would be identified during that analysis and the product as a whole would either be found to be wanting or not. You're assuming that the impure component is something the implications of which the battery manufacturer does not understand. You cannot make that assumption, and in fact I think it highly unlikely that they would agree to use LiOH that contained impurities whose effects the manufacturers did not understand. EMH, to my knowledge, have stated that they can produce LiOH of suitable purity for use by battery manufacturers, who stipulate the required standards.

So I disagree with Dumbpunter when (s)he claims that our LiOH will have to be tested in a battery for 8 years.

Do not patronise me. Impurity is the inverse of purity. They're the same thing. It's not a function of the source, it's a function of the process. If you have produced Lithium Hydroxide, and it is in use in batteries, why on earth would it need to be proven for 8 years to ensure that it's alright? It's Lithium Hydroxide, period.

Lithium Hydroxide is lithium hydroxide. All that matters is it's purity, not what it was derived from.

There are three types of really annoying people on these boards. Rampers, derampers, and those who think they're performing some sort of god given duty to everyone by pointing out the crimes of the first two. You're really not so smart... if you scan spot a ramp then believe it or not, so can everyone else.

None of this matters. The investees are worth a lot of money. They will sell. The share price will reflect that when it happens. Everything else in the meantime is meaningless.

It's true that AS fails in terms of promoting the value of investees, and that it's likely that a younger and more dynamic CEO would make a better job of this aspect. On the other hand, it's AS who selected these excellent investees and who has helped nurture them into the position they occupy now. This is an investment company. The value lies solely in selling investee assets. If Tern's share price was 40p or 4p, it's still going to move to the same poi9nt when an exit occurs.

So in truth, unless you want to trade Tern's shares, it matters not a gnat's pube. Apart from of course early fund raises. But we're assured that we've seen the last of those now. OK? So your 'facts' are no facts at all, they're mere opinions.
