Why is the price of BTC even faintly relevant??

CRK, it's not that I don't acknowledge risks, it's just that I accept there are risks with every investment. Every share I'm in has some sort of risk attached. Plus black swan events. Once the price shows a decent difference from what I paid then I begin to relax.
Surely if the Cinovec price was forced down for CEZ, then they'd show a poorer return on that side of their business, so it would be a zero sum game.

There isn't any Sivad. Not on my part anyway. It's a red herring. The worst that could happen is EMH get bought out. Hardly a disaster.

CEZ win either way as they're both supplier and end user. Don't the rest simply add up to competition, which is a good thing?

Frankfurt has been trying to push north for weeks, but London refuses to follow. Frankfurt usually rises after london closes. I hold in Frankfurt.

The percentage rises you see btw are between the last trade and the one before. So if the one before was at bid and the last at ask then the rise incorporates the spread.

haha someone's shorted it. The new AQUIS market will be banning shorting. And a great thing too... it's completely unethical and destructive.

Well tbh, the risks you alluded to earlier are probably greater there because it's a much simpler project. But what the hell... it looks cheap to me. And I'm not sure the wider market has woken up to them yet. My EMH investment still dwarfs that one though.

No I don't. Some people may be getting confused about one of Tern's investee companies being bought out. That's a possibility.

In the highly unlikely scenario that such a situation should arise, you wouldn't be telling me anything. There are always risks, especially with mining as resources can be deemed national assets. I own shares in a mine in Russia. That's far more fraught than here. Most mines in the world are in developing countries where there really are risks... they'd laugh at you being worried about your scenario. Imagine Cinovec was in the Congo. Mining is a turbulent sector. You have to decide if you're happy with the risks or not. And make your investment decision on that basis. As far as I'm concerned, the risk that your pointing to is negligible or non existent. That's my judgement. It's not that I'm unaware of it.
