I wish people would stop comparing SPACs with AAA. AAA is an investment vehicle, not a SPAC. RDGC is a SPAC. That AAA did well does not mean RDGC will.

Crypto is bleeding edge as far as investment goes. So is cannabis. If IFPH are the ones reversing into TRAF, and given that Frangos is CEO of other Pluto and IFPH, it doesn't seem to wild to imagine that he's of a mindset that's excited by bleeding edge opportunities. And there's quite a lot of digital wizardry in IFPH's tech btw.

Whatever, it's clear that something is coming together here.

A curious thing is that, if this scenario were to come true, CEZ would be both on the user side of the supply equation and also the supply side. It would be in their interests to expand Cinovec.

Sure, Musk is quick. And obviously we may end up supplying him too. But I think our main customer will be VW. That's where the big commercial relationship will happen. Although there are obviously other contenders too. We'll double up, maybe triple up, and expand beyond VW reqts.

One other thought in support of the idea of VW cooperating with CEZ on a gigafactory... there's a manganese mine in the CR too. Gigafactory, lithium, manganese, VW, Skoda..... has to be an idea for 70% gov owned CEZ. There's the CR EV hub emerging.

Humpalump, it's a big ask, but could you lay out in simple steps what this argument is about? For recent investors and newbies. Why does he have such a reputation? Are you saying that his actions have been misinterpreted?

And if we win Toyota, then the entire German and E European motor industry would pen up to us. EQT in Germany gets a lot of attention on the markets.

And from that, other industries. This company would explode.

In my opinion, VW are our prospective offtaker.

1/ They're clearly in competition with Tesla - that's becoming publicly obvious - and want to get an upper hand.
2/ They own Skoda in the CR
3/ Hypothetically, there might be mileage in VW and CEZ cooperating on a giga factory, to supply the indigenous Skoda factory as well as VW Germany. CEZ are CR govt remember.
4/ I think Tesla will go with Vulcan.
