My suspicion is that a US VC is buying into DA. AS said there'd be significant news this quarter. And in an RNS mentioned US investment. This would set a price under DA and re-rate Tern's share price.

There are lots of what-ifs. What if the EU breaks up? What if Russian influence in the region increases? What if the new Nipah virus breaks out? The Babis issue was a problem 4 years ago. This project is way bigger than that now. Stop fretting about what-ifs that might be. Life's too short. If you're genuinely worried, sell up. You're either on board or not. If on, then you've decided, and worrying about issues that don't exist serves no purpose.

Why are you digging up this old chestnut again? So... no mining licence, no mine. Whose advantage would that be? EMH own 49% of Geomet, who own 100% of Cinovec. End of. We could always flog everything to VW, or Tesla, or the bloody Chinese for that matter... that would get the EU's attention.

Yes, they can be, but not when they occur by the dozen over an extended period. These trades are bots. Rapid fire trading sometimes multiple trades within a second or two. Ask Fingers.. Australia is plagued by the damn things too. Certainly not silly signals.

I think listing on the main markets is initially expensive and there are minimum numbers regarding turnover, mcap etc. Not sure what the rules are but that's how nasdaq operates. The AIM is poisonous though and the sooner we're off it the better.

Software bots trying to manipulate the direction of the price by fooling the algorithms. Should be illegal, but in the UK anything goes.

Fingers I've been in a number of stocks that have had their share price consistently held back by AIM traders and bots. It's an insufficiently regulated cesspool of manipulators.

The sooner EMH gets off the AIM and onto the main markets the better. AIM is seriously crap.
