All EUA have bought is the exclusive right to explore that region. Rosgeo don't need EUA, but they might need someone moneyed who knows mining. If EUA flog the other assets, they'll fit that bill.

But Rosgeo could have done the same thing with NN. Which points to one of two options..

Either EUA are selling and intend to use the proceeds to continue as a miner, developing these new assets.
Or the addition of exclusive rights to these areas somehow serves to clinch a deal involving the sale of EUA. But then why do this JV and then sell when they could have sold existing assets and then the new owner do the JV?

Rosgeo are the Russian Govt. They can have all this configured however they want. But why JV with EUA and not NN? We know there have been multiple bidders and so whatever deal emerges from the FSP, it could be very complex. This JV may simply be part of that complexity. We can't know until we're told more, and so predictions of price explosions, crashes, flatlining, spikes or anything else are pointless. Probably be a combination of these as more information emerges.

I'm a mere amateur in trying to et a value on mining assets, as I suspect most here are. But.. if we've paid 500 mill merely to reserve the option to mine an area, what does that say for the value of a similar resource that is owned outright and is already in production?

It may be that the Russian govt, especially if Norilsk are party to the FSP, have said 'ok Mr British Company, we'll give this the go-ahead but only if part of sale proceeds are used to further develop the area. Which is why we've picked it up so cheap. To their advantage and ours.

Could this be that EUA are about to find themselves, post FSP, with loads of cash but no mine, so they've done this deal in order to be able to continue to operate whilst completing the FSP at the same time? SO we get the FSP plus an ongoing mine?

Why should it be correlated? Is Barclays Bank share price correlated with the Euro? Mode own some BTC, but that's not the business. The business is mobile banking.

Whilst I hope DA are mentioned, I actually doubt this aspect of security concerns them. This seems to be about securely identifying users, not securing devices.

So let me get this clear... anyone who says anything positive about a share that does indeed have some very positive aspects is a ramper, and anyone who is enthusiastic about their investment and excited at its prospects, is a ramper.

These people deserve to be continually berated and put down. Not the puerile rantings of derampers on advfn.

Please Mr Board Policeman sir, I have three questions if you wouldn't mind. Firstly, what content do you allow in people's posts on your LSE board such that they wouldn't be classified as a ramper? And secondly what does it take to be berated as a deramper on here? And finally, how can I become so wise, educated and insightful as you are, sir, such that I might be able to determine which posts are those of an evil ramper, and which are not?
