Sivad, the company is the same, the different tags simply refer to the names of the shares given on different markets, as they're obviously traded separately, and each market has it's own systems.
I see it as positive. Al Sisto's skills lie in identifying investees and then using his networking skills to open doors for them and help them to launch. He actually currently acts as an advisor to Pires Investment (not a lot of people realise this!). Now that DA is launched, AS maybe too thinly spread to devote enough attention to running the show, and it's probably not his skillset anyway. Scherba has better experience and can afford to be more focused. Beyond that, I don't know what the implications might be. I'm sure they're positive though.

Not sure I entirely agree with you. Nasdaq main listing is impossible as you say. but a listing on the OTC would probably be possible. Can't say if it would be a good thing or not without greater visibility of earnings though.
Regardless, I doubt very much that it will happen. It's time for a straightforward asset sale now to raise money.
That's very poetic rhodi, but for a long time Tern's share price has been driven between 7.5 and 11 or 12 by a small group of supposed long term holders who occupy the 'guild' on advfn, and you can see evidence of their activities today. We need new investors to come in now to maintain the rise to fair value. But Tern rarely publicise their investee successes so the word doesn't get out easily.
See how a bot has kicked in as soon as the bid hit 10? 6 small trades all within the same second, all sells. Pure manipulation, and yet it's not made illegal because the powers that be - like rees-mogg who owns a hedge fund for example - are in on the game.
We need to break above 10.5 in order to get into the next zone. And hopefully in 2 or 3 weeks time we should see a sharp move upwards, although it would be nice for it to be maintained this time rather than being a mere spike.

The L2 prices keep freezing, so the top bid/offer prices you see at the top of the page change but L2 doesn't. This can be really misleading until you realise it's stuck. The only way to free it up is to reload the page. Alternatively, the two column become full of junk numbers. Nothing to do here but wait for it to clear. LSE deny responsibility as they source the data from outside. But it's LSE I pay for the data, so the commercial contract is between me and them.
All this stuff has ben reported but doesn't get fixed. This is a bulletin board for heaven's sake. There are gazillions o the things all over the world. It can't be hard to get it to work.

Nothing to do with Nasdaq. It's real time prices on LSE stocks, plus all the market makers on the bid and offer sides, so you can tell which way the price is likely to be heading
