And if I have read it incorrectly, FCF is circa £130m with month end debt circa £200-£250m. I would hope RCF reduces to target £150m ASAP. I guess 9% of £250m is mildly better than 5% of £540m.

That's one of the possibilities for its disposal, I believe, an IPO for Arqiva.

They have definitely tried to shake out holder with this move, you start thinking 7p, when it was looking more like 12p, just a month ago. Crazy swing based on little evidence. A return to 10p by end of Feb would be par for the course? We'll see.
