It needs $150m - $200m (guess) to get to the start line. Any big financial company would pay. The complication is the finance agreement with the shareholders. They have a vested interest to get as much as they can here and will play the company. They are running out of scope, shares wise, so that's why I suspect this could now be the end play. Bought out as cheap as possible. They will still need a vote though...

It’s really clear the company needs cash. Best case is we raise £5-10m on announcement of JV. No issue with that.
