It's definitely starting to look like the UKOG sp is turning a corner and we have had at least a week of what feels like increased positivity now. The volume of trades is evident that word is getting around that there is huge potential here as is the number of new posters appearing.

I wouldn't want to be out over the AGM.

With what feels like some positive sentiment returning, a bit of a buzz on this BB, a blue day on the SP, FOTH appearing to be back in and the AGM tomorrow I've double my holding here despite promising myself I wouldn't buy any more UKOG shares. I appreciate that "doubling my holding" might sound a bit grand but I bought what I had already at a SP much much higher than todays so this was a good opportunity to increase my holding and hopefully benefit from some of the current positivity.

Let's hope we get some good news ahead of the AGM.

Pre market bid price is 0.09 down 45% but ask is unchanged. I’ve seen the market makers widen the spread when we’ve had news in the past so hopefully something is coming to light up the AGM. We need some positive news!

That’s is not a matter for the planning committee; it has to be assessed on the basis of the application and not commerciality. Watching the SCC planning meeting when the 25 year approval was given was a real eye opener for me in this regard.

On a global scale we have not reached the peak yet! For sure some countries are past the worst but globally we have a long way to go and some countries are already showing signs that they cannot cope with the virus.

That’s not uncommon; they might want some changes to the proposal that are not insurmountable and the necessary remedial actions could simply form part of the conditions associated with the grant of planning consent.

Let’s show our support for UK energy self sufficiency and how locally sourced hydrocarbons have a positive environmental impact compared to the importation and shipping of hydrocarbons from around the world.

SP likely suppressed due to the big sell being worked though, debt cleared at least to the extent UKOG are more in control of the repayment mechanism, opex costs down and very quick to get to work with increasing the perforations to increase flow.

Is this a turning point for the company?

I'm down 80% and for what my investment is now worth it's not worth selling out; I might as well stick it out and see what happens.

If my other investments come good then I will sell them, top up here a little (worth a punt still at these prices) and then stick to managed funds going forwards (on average my managed funds are up 18% over the last 12 months).
