Vermonya - UKOG will consolidate shares because either the sp has fallen as low as the nominal value or so that they can increase the sp ( but not mc) and issue more shares to raise funds and further dilute existing holders.

A share consolidation here would not be a good thing.

Look at the price; it’s clearly a buy.

It will be the same for all of the tenders. I’m fact they even had, and awarded, a tender for a law company to provide litigation support because they couldn’t follow the normal process so know they might get some legal challenges.

Any information to support that?

I remember being a young and foolish mug PI caught up in the UKOG dream. There’s a lot of new names here over the last two days; is that based on research or jumping on the bandwagon of a share high up in the top risers leaderboard for not much more than 30 minutes yesterday? There are hard lessons to be learnt when investing in AIM companies and it’s even worse with UKOG. This is the second P&D in a matter of months. Putting your money in a shoe box under your mattress is more secure than buying UKOG shares. Be warned!!!!!!!

There’s no shortage of shares - there’s over 10 billion in circulation and they are not in sticky hands!

Hope nobody got impaled on this mornings spike; now -4.35% after spiking up by about 25%. Having sold out the other week I’m pleased for anybody who made profit after yesterday’s late rise but I’m sure a lot of new PIs were desperately buying in this morning only to find themselves significantly down within less than an hour of holding UKOG. Be careful!!!!!!!

Whilst it’s the same here interestingly most of the other Covid plays are down slightly. NCYT seems to do the opposite; when they are up we are down and when they are down we are at least flat if not up.

That’s 20% on the tender award never mind the re-rate when the earnings ratio reflects the longer term outlook.

But it is positive that they have not stretched out the end of July timeline fur announcing the TOR until the very end of July; this is a sign they are getting on with it. In the background there will be a much more comprehensive brief to the QC.
