The suppliers are responsible for their own legal compliance and treatment of their employees.

What we have seen with online fashion retailers is that the customer returns profile is lower than budgeted; therefore, customers are are ordering different styles to try on but instead of sending some back they are keeping more. Anecdotally this can in part be attributed to customers not wanting to go to the Post Office etc to return items for the very same reason they are shopping online in the first place.

2100 shares is OK when you are talking about SP of 0.6p but do you really believe in these codes? What if the SP was something like Apple, Amazon or Tesla's SP - that would be a very expensive way of giving a signal. I'm sure WhatsApp would be cheaper, easier, encrypted and difficult to trace!

SP has enjoyed a good rise over the past few weeks but with new products coming, tenders to be awarded, updated sales figures due, AGM / EGM in a weeks time and demand for testing increasing globally it’s not too late to buy in and make some money here.

I'm sure the issue is not a shortage of tests but there isn't sufficient laboratory capacity to process all of the tests swabs being taken. I expect that NCYT are selling everything they can make but the labs cannot keep up.

An employee from one of the labs was on the radio yesterday, whilst she wasn't very eloquent and failed miserably at explaining the RNA extraction process, she did say they have a huge backlog and if the tests aren't processed within a set time they are no longer valid and are effectively thrown away.

I expect it will be higher than that once the UT has been worked through and cleared.

Look at the global news, look at what NCYT has to offer, look at the global demand for testing, flu season is coming, NCYT R&D in overdrive, mid-cap aspirations stated by GM, massive tenders being worked, recruitment drive ongoing plus much much more. The SP is only going upwards from here but the rate of change is going to increase and we are going to start seeing bigger daily rises with short periods of consolidation to give each subsequent rise a support level.

Jeff, it’s likely to be part of a much bigger picture and the building blocks for a future relationship which is yet to be revealed.

If the results are likely to be significantly better or worse than forecasted than BOO have to provide a trading updated. One of the BOO board directors even said so himself recently when talking about impact of COVID on sales; he said it had had no negative impact and if it had have done so they would have had to issue a trading update.

It's just past the end of the month and fees will be due for many PI accounts; if there are insufficient free funds available in the account then the broker will make small sells to make funds available as necessary to cover the fees.

Correct but you can't dilute a share so much the SP is below the nominal value of the shares which is the risk here.

I sold out at a huge loss having watched the SP go from 2p down to 0.2p; so may times I told myself, on the way down, that it will recover and this is just a blip, only to regret not trusting my instincts. UKOG is nothing more than a lifestyle company whose sole purpose is the pay SS wages and fund his lifestyle. The prospect of more dilution is an absolute certainty, SS said issuing equity was the best way to raise funds and I also wouldn't rule out the use of another "death spiral" finance agreement as I suspect UKOG are going to run out of options. Share consolidation won't be too far off either and then the entire rinse and repeat process can start again. Be warned!

Woke up in the middle of the night twice thinking about this! Could the lack of any announcement of an award from the recent tender be due to the fact that one party was waiting for the new WinterPlex to be launched.

Possibly NCYT advising UK Gov that as we approach flu season that a test that can differentiate between coronavirus and influenza A or B would be a better option.

Also Winterplex is at least 2 genes so should be appropriate for a more formal French approval for reimbursement.
