I got caught out on a pump and dump on this share; I didn't lose a lot of money as I wasn't over invested here but please be wary!

Set the SP chart scale to years and you you'll see what I am referring to.

I hope it does come good because I always want to see I have had shares in do well even if I am no longer invested.

Contractually the company will have obligations to pass on fuel cost savings just like they have the option to pass on fuel cost increases to their contract givers. It works both ways!

I'm out of this now (at a loss) but watching with a keen eye to assess if I made the right decision and I wouldn't be surprised if this share got suspended from trading ahead of the vote in order to prevent a massive sell off and a disorderly market.

It's not the level of debt that matters it is the ability to service that debt with the necessary levels of cash flow; business don't get in to trouble because of debt but because they don't have the cash flow to service the debt. Sales revenue here is huge so the debt is not an issue.

I'm not convinced another investor is going to come along, timing is too tight now, and even if they did the potential upside might be +1p or +2p (absolute maximum) but no more that that whilst the current downside (and my current risk) is going to be 5.25p (based on my sell price). If it all comes good I might reinvest but for now whilst I am disappointed with how this has turned out I've at least got some cash to invest elsewhere (my managed funds are doing well with one up 20% over 12 months so that might be a safe haven).

I have just messaged Barclays asking them to submit a NO vote on my behalf by whatever process they have established; on the basis they are not facilitating a vote / corporate action via the Smart Investor platform.

I suspect the message is getting through to SXX as they are no doubt reading this BB and getting a feel for shareholder sentiment! CF if you are reading this I'm currently sat in my study in my tracksuit (not jogging) bottoms!

The SP is 0.625p , a 1.5 million share buy is not at all significant.
