We now own 1,234,568 shares of Critical Metals. The price we got them at was confirmed to be $8.10. We also know we can't sell those share until Feb 2025. So it's going to be interesting to see the SP price movements of Critical Metals as that will have a big impact on what TM1 is capable of selling their shares for next year, if they do decide to sell.
As of this moment the shares have gone up just over 10% today. So the $10M shares we had are now worth $11M! Of course the SP will go up and down and Feb is a long way off, but I'm looking forward to keeping an eye on their SP to see how our investment is doing.
Hi Bryn,
I don't think anyone can answer that with any certainty. There are many who say it is not Atlas selling and the it's still the old loan provider who had some shares left unresolved.
Nobody know for sure and if they tell you otherwise they are telling fibs.
Best not to worry to much about these things as it's all speculation. Better to use the things we know to base your investing decisions on. Hope that helps ;)
Haha, think you're right Dusty. May have hit a nerve with Hardcore there.
Love how he thinks I am an old retired guy. I must be coming across as very mature and wise. I'm well over twenty years from retirement so I will take that as a compliment haha.
My investing strategy is based on facts Hardcore. I am very confident in TM1/RG1 and have invested because of the facts.
You on the other hand do not know any facts. You're still saying 10M. The lack of knowledge you have is quite comical. Anyone can throw wild predictions out there, but they mean nothing unless you back them up with facts. I have my own feelings as to the SP, but those are based on facts, not wild guessing like you.
Again, last year you told us all the company was going bust. The SP is now much lower than it was back then, but you now think the company is going to be a 10x banker by the end of the year. So this shows how little you base your predictions on. All you base them on is by how many shares you own, if you sold your shares today, tomorrow you would be telling us all the company is going bust again. You have no idea how many people laugh at you when you post this nonsense.
Hardcore, you state Critical Minerals will have a much higher Sp next year. May I ask what are you basing that on? Do you have an intimate knowledge of this company? I seriously doubt you have even heard of them before this morning and yet now you seem to know what the SP is going to be in a years time.
We are not on the same team! You are on team ramper, I am on team sensible.
It was not long ago you were slating this company, telling everyone to sell and that they were all crooks. Now you have invested you are telling everyone this company is the best company ever.
You are the only player on your team, it's called Team Hardcore. Stop wasting your time posting on here as no one takes anything you say seriously.
Hardcore does not realise there is a difference between Pounds and Dollars.
If he can't even understand basic exchange rates, I'm not sure why he is investing money or trying to give people investing advice. :)
No worries, I've been here for almost 3 years and am still learning as I go. And you are correct, there is nothing wrong with asking questions. It's how we learn more.
I'm not a member of the board by the way haha. Just an investor who has been here a long time and probably read every little piece of info ever put out. I'm a bit sad like that :)
Sorry Dusty, wasn't meant to be in a condescending way. Sometimes things sound different in written messages to what they intend. Just wanted to make sure you understood, apologies if it came across wrong. ;)
I don't think you understand what the company is about Dusty. The mining side, TM1 are junior miners. This is what junior miners do. They purchase projects, move them up the value chain and then sell them on for a profit. This is how these companies make money.
This was always the plan with the mining assets. Sure they could have leased them out or had earn-in agreements, but the easiest way to make money is sell them on for a profit. Which is basically what they have done here.
I'm sure they realise that money, when they have access to it next year, will be better used on the recycling side of the business which is likely to bring in bigger profits.
TM1/RG1 know there is more money in the recycling side of the business. So selling this for what we assume it a pretty good profit makes perfect sense.
Also remember they have not technically left the mining asset. They are still very heavily invested in it, now to the tune of $10M worth of shares. So if the asset performs well those shares will go up in value and be worth more.
This option though gives them the access to easy cash once the shares are out of the lock-in period which is early 2025. They can choose to cash out on those shares or keep hold of them depending on what the situation is in Feb 2025.
Hardcore once again showing he knows absolutely nothing!
We did not 'just make 10M pound'.
For a start the sale was for $10M. So at current exchange that's around £8M. Also we have not made that money yet, we have sold and received $10 worth of shares that are locked in till early 2025. This again shows how worthless your posts are.
Despite the stupidity of Rubbleman this is really exciting news. Shows how much the mining assets are actually worth. Also I see the shares as a positive. TM1/RG1 know everything there is to know about the Leinster plots. They also know the companies they have been partnered with. So they fully expect in a years time the share price will be higher, meaning they would get more than $10.
Obviously SP can go up or down, but they are basically saying 'we still believe in this project and still want to be part of it'. Hence they can still make more money if the project performs as well as they expect it to.
Also although they have not suddenly got $10 in the bank. This share issue gives them collateral going forward and puts them in a much strong position overall. It should make it easier for them to push forward the recycling business and get on with the expansion plans quicker.
Not sure why you are encouraging him Dusty. I don't see his posts on here but from what I hear it will be the same usual response. 'I see this going to zero, I see the RTO never happening, I see the end of days and total disaster for every TG mug out there. You're all finished, etc.. etc...'
Nothing he says carries any weight anymore, he is just a voiceless troll with nothing of any relevance. Do yourself a favour and block him out the convo. It's good to hear a balanced view of things, but he does not provide that. He is just a keyboard warrior with a grudge against the company. Don't encourage him would be my advice.
That said, I'm sure he will reply, he is just that predictable.
I would say nothing has changed Bryn and would agree with what you say.
The price drop is due to the large sells, no one knows who is selling but we all strongly suspect it is Atlas, this was expected, so although it's no fun seeing the price drop it is all to be expected.
As you mention the TFS is the key factor. Once that is in place then everything looks very different. It should be arriving soon, but again, when things are in the hands of the authorities then it is impossible to say anything for sure.
Hiya ;)
I like the slingshot analogy, it's very much what this share seems to do. Slowly goes backwards then shoots forwards again. Sure it will happen again soon.
Yes make sense with regard the TFS. Should be hearing news very shortly. Happy days :)
Totally agree with that statement Bryn. This is a stock with a simply massive upside. It's one of those rare unicorn stocks that you come across now again. Could they fail? Of course they could, but if they get it right, and to be fair most of the pieces have now fallen into place, then this could be a massive earner.
I've invested a fair bit but it's money I can afford to loose. However, if this does what it says on the tin then it could make me very wealthy indeed. It's very much a risk reward stock. I think now they have the license all done and dusted and they are actually able to do the recycling, this is massively de-risked.
Every Ton of feedstock that comes in is money in the bank, when they can actually sell the Black Mass most of the problems suddenly go away. If they time expansion right and get a little bit of help from the right places, then the sky really is the limit for TM1/RG1.
There are always going to be negative people on boards like this, really though they are just like a fart in the wind. Soon to be gone and forgotten. Let's just sit back and enjoy the ride.
Yes Fly, I'd agree with that. The TFS changes everything. There have been widely reported delays but we are now over the 12 weeks, so it can't be long. :)
Just proven my point, slipped down a little again on another sell. It's going to move so fast when we get those buys coming in.
It's interesting to observe over the past few months that the SP seems to move on relatively small amounts. Some people might see this as negative, I see it as extremely exciting. For months we have been waiting and the SP has drifted up and down but never really gone anywhere.
There must be so many people waiting in the wings just ready to hit buy when they see good news land and proof of everything that TM1/RG1 has promised. We've seen the price drop on fairly small sells but just imagine how quickly the price will rise when we do get some significant news. It will only take a few people investing decent amounts for the SP to recover very quickly. And not just recover, but head up to new heights. It's going to be very exciting when it happens. :)
As we are all aware there is so much good news in the pipeline. We've been waiting longer than we would have liked, but there are reason for this. Some have been made clear, some not so, but as we go into spring it's really exciting to think of all that great news just around the corner.
We've got the TFS due anytime, which will lead to large sales of black mass and lots of income. We've got lots of other deals for feedstock in the pipeline that could be announced at anytime. When the TFS is all sorted we expect the prospectus to land shortly after. Then the RTO which was are all looking forward too.
There are so many catalysts for this company and it will be really exciting when they finally land. It's taken longer than we would of liked, but these things often do. I for one can't wait for the coming months :)
