Not sure what the problem is with that. We know nothing significant is going to happen this week, it's all been pushed along by a few weeks. I don't really see why that is a problem. Things take time, investments require patience, people keep talking about missed deadlines, there are no deadlines. There are timelines and while yes these have often been missed, they always get there eventually.

So sit back and wait, it will all come good soon. No need to worry. We have funding in place for the next 18 months. So I really don't think anyone needs to worry about what is going to happen in the next 3 days!

I don't see this as a big week. For one we only have four trading days. In a recent interview Robin told us the RTO is going to now slip into Q2. We are still waiting on the TFS before we hear anything about the prospectus being published.

I think with only 3 days left now it's unlikely we will get anything massive. The only thing that could land this week is the TFS, which would admittedly be extremely significant.

I think a lot of people have assumed that stuff needs to be out by end of Q1 because that is what TM1/RG1 were expecting. But as we have seen things have taken a little longer, so now I think the really good stuff is likely to be early Q2. I don't see waiting a few extra weeks as a problem, some of us have been waiting for over two years, so I'm more than happy to wait a little longer ;)

Totally agree Chain, the TFS is the big news at the moment, it's what we are waiting for and that suddenly unlocks the black mass sales, which then bring in the cash flow, which then triggers the RTO. Should not be long now.

Sorry Dusty, I don't see AJS posts on here as he is blocked. I like a balanced argument and he does not offer that, he has an agenda against this company and while his posts may seem well informed at times, you simply can't reason with the guy. If TM1/RG1 suddenly announced a gov grant for 10M, sold all the BM for 20M and then announced they had been given a contract from Tesla, he would still put a negative spin on it and tell us 'mugs' to sell our shares.

Don't take everything you read on here as fact, you need to watch the interviews, listen to the podcasts, get a balanced view. People on this forum have an agenda and I'll include myself in that, I want the stock to go up. But I try and look at the facts and not the mindless rantings of a few keyboards trolls.

Wow Dusty, those last two posts have really shown how little you know of this company.

Firstly this is not AIM, it's main market, that is pretty basic, something anyone investing should surely understand?

Plus this 18 months you keep mentioning, what are you talking about? The thing we are waiting for is the TFS. When that arrives it changes everything. That is likely to arrive in the next week or two. When that arrives the company can sell all the Black Mass they have accumulated and suddenly have a big stack of cash smile about. At that point the prospectus get published then soon after the RTO completes.

Yes Dusty, did you not read the RNS? 18 months till BM separation. That has nothing to do with the current SP. Black Mass separation was not something this company was originally set up to do, this is an added bonus.

The current profit predictions are all based on black mass sales. These are very encouraging and if realised will make this company into a 'money printing machine'. (not my words) That is before they have BM separation abilities.

So don't see the 18 months as a concern, it is a massive plus!

All the talk on here today seems to be of the funding. Seems odd when nothing has really changed from the original funding. So we are certainly not in a worse position, I would say it's probably about the same.

Anyway, the fact is there were two RNS's released this morning (not counting the correction) and the other one is very exciting. Black Mass separation is really the holy grail for Tm1/RG1. It suddenly quadruples the price of the commodity that they have or will have in ample supply.

We were originally thinking them obtaining this goal would likely be a few years down the line, however according to this RNS they are expecting to achieve it within 18 months. That is much closer than many of us assumed.

It's also great they have already found people to work with on this and identified a plan for moving forward. It shows how forward thinking the company is. People on here worry about death spirals and short term funding, but in reality the company is planning years into the future. It's things like this that should really build investor confidence and show that these short term stumbling blocks will soon be overcome. I think a lot of the recent buying shows that confidence is returning here and we can all be very confident our investment is heading in the right direction. Well done TM1/RG1.

Everyone will see this differently. For me this would be a terrible time to sell, no offence. But we are right on the cusp of seeing very large amount of income. They are sat there with likely hundreds of tons of product to sell and someone ready to pay a very good price for it. As soon as the TFS lands and that deal is completed, everything we had hoped for becomes a reality.

Obviously the funding options have not been the best. But the reality is they have helped TM1/RG1 get out of a tight spot. With enough funds now to cover the company for the next 18 months, and do remember, those funds are only really for any worst case scenario things, the company has plenty of time to become very much cash positive.

Yes things have taken longer than we were told, but that is no great surprise and much of that is beyond their control. When the final few pieces of the puzzle slot into place, things will look very different.

A really interesting read, Charles has a lot of knowledge and experience, although as he says in the article, none of this is known, it's all theory. But if it is true, then we are in for some very exciting times in the near future.

There is no limit to how much Black Mass can be stored. This was clarified in a recent interview with Robin. It was a question many of us wanted to know and he was very quick to give that simple answer.

So there you go, there is no limit to how much BM they can store. Hope that helps.

I'm sorry Whoknowswhy, I usually ignore your posts but that last one is utter nonsense.

None of it makes any sense, I'm not sure where you are getting this info from. I'm also not sure why you think we won't sell the Black Mass. Black Mass is something many people want, do you think it is just going to end up sat there with no one buying it? The only reason none has been sold yet is we are waiting for the TFS. There is no reason what so ever that this won't come through soon.

And even if for some bizarre reason the TFS did not come through, but again there is simply no reason it wouldn't, but if it didn't they would just sell the Black Mass to someone else. So this argument makes zero sense.

The SP has risen significantly in the past few weeks. It has now gone up and down a few times but it is holding steady over 1p. The Death Spiral narrative has also fallen flat on it's face. When the BM sales come through and income is proven, these current SP prices will look extremely attractive.

This is a really good summary of why TM1/RG1 is such an exciting prospect. So many great positives and for such a young company there really is no limit to where they can take this. It's a very exciting time to be part of this business.

Not sure why he is worried, apart from the fact the share price is double what it was a week or so ago.

Anyway, with each passing day we get a little closer to the TFS, then the prospectus, then the RTO completion. I think a lot of the recent buying is people who realise it's getting very close. The reality is the RTO won't complete till all these other things are in place, but that's not a problem. Waiting a few extra weeks is nothing, and the run of news up to the RTO will be very exciting. Can't wait ;)

Also when the TFS does finally come though and they can go public on the sale it will create some really good positive momentum, the TFS being completed is key to many other little bits of the puzzle we are waiting for.

Really nice little interview, the India news has gone under the radar a little, it's long term bigger picture stuff, but for TM1/RG1 to be making these connections at this stage really does show their ambitions for the future. It could be an extremely profitable relationship in the future if they cultivate it any take the opportunities that come along.
