Brilliant news! Seems like it was a big fuss over nothing. Has had a massive impact on share price though, really hope we see a sudden recovery. Great chance to get some very cheap shares either way!

I think the six engines is something you can read to much into. Media tends to overhype these things. And if the fire service here that theres a fire at an industrial Lithium battery plant they are going to send in the heavy cavalry.

I'm not for one minute suggesting this fire is good news, but there may be one positive. TM1 have lots of feedstock on site, they can have up to 100 tonnes on site now. I'm not sure how many tons they actually have but we can assume its a lot.

A fire has broken out but only damaged 130kg of batteries. That is tiny! So you could say they have shown that there fire suppression measures are working. Lithium batteries are extremely dangerous, so the fact they catch fire sometimes is a given. The fact that this fire has not spread and burnt down the whole place could really been seen as a win for TM1. At least they have got something right.

That said, I really wish they hadn't had even a little fire at such an important time. Especially when we were told the press were going to be there for most of this week. Does not look great when you have the BBC turning up and your batteries are on fire!

I feel sick! It was looking so promising. Everything going so well. Really hope this is just a minor hickup and they can move on quite quickly.

Another brilliant interview. Next week it begins. Starts with a two hour shift. The aim is to get up to an 8 hour shift so I suppose you could say the initial processing will be running at 25% which isn't bad. The process will increase as they are happy with everything and this should happen quickly.

All really good news, very positive and as of next week we will be seeing the cash start to come in which is great news.

It would be nice to have that ribbon cutting moment. Make a big deal of it all. Hopefully we will see it, but I'm not holding my breath.

That media day must have been earlier this week. Lots of little stories appearing.

This is fantastic! What a great little video. This is the kind of thing we wanted. And yes, it's only the local news, and it's not a headline story, but it's still the BBC. Thousands of people will have watched that.

Really nice to see inside the plant as well. We've had the odd still photo over the months but never a video of the plant up and running. Even inside the machine! Which was on! Some nice words from Robin as well, nice little interview.

There was also a great article on the Expressandstar. Very in depth review of the company and it also mentioned that the commissioning phases is due to start next week! So that's great that we now have been given a time for it to actually start.

I think all these sudden articles and the fact the TV crews have even been down to the plant shows us that the Press Day we have all been talking about has been and gone. Seems to have been a quiet affair without any fan fare, but at least they got the beeb there and a few other decent players. It's a shame it's not yet been reflected in the SP but seeing things like this really does reinforce my confidence that we are on the right track and in time this company is going to be very profitable for all of us who managed to get in nice and early.

This has just been posted in the Grand Opening thread but thought it deserved it's own thread! This is a brilliant video, it's what was needed yesterday. Talks about the two new partners and a little about commissioning. No real time scales or anything but Robin is very upbeat and very positive about all aspects of the business.

I mentioned yesterday we needed one of these video updates so full marks to TM1 for getting it out there. Maybe a day late but it has reconfirmed what we were all hoping for. We are poised and ready to go. The SP may still be stupidly low, but with so much to look forward to this is a company that is going places fast.

If you told me there was an article on BBC news about TM1 I would be overjoyed! Having read it, it's a nice little article but no where in the article does it actually mention Technology Minerals. They just use the name Recyclus. If were trying to get our name out there to everyone, surely using the company name is quite important!

I really hope this little BBC article is not the result of the 'press day' we have all been talking about. Really hoping that is still to come and will attract lots of interest.

I think they have always had issues with their communication. The video interviews we used to get on a fairly regular basis seem to have dried up. We could really do with a few of those right now just to give us some more confidence.

Everything should be in place, we had talk of a press day at the start of July, what happened to that? This news should of been shouted from the rooftops but it was just whimpered out in a quiet RNS. It just doesn't feel right somehow.

I really hope they get things moving now. I've been invested for over 18 months and have always trusted them. It really is make or break time now. They have had long enough to get this up and running and now they need to start delivering on all these promises they have made over the past 18 months.

So frustrating. People were talking about big news, share price shooting up at the end of June, and yet it goes down. For the first time, I'm really starting to doubt that this will ever get back up to the dizzy heights of 5p where it was when i first started investing.

Hate to be negative, but this has really frustrated me. 'will begin shortly'. Have heard that phrase before, back in December Robin said the fully automated license for the Lead-Acid was 'imminent' and full production would begin 'shortly'. Seven months later it has still not happened!

I'm not for one minute saying we are going to be waiting another 7 months, but I do worry about what shortly means. Also, how long does this phase take? Will it be a few weeks or are we talking three months? How much is actually processed in the commissioning phase? Is it just a small percentage or is it close to what they will be doing when operating normally.

I think the lack of detail here is really poor. Yes it's good we have some news, but the fact that the share price barely moved on the actual RNS shows how it's not the big reveal we were all hoping for. Sorry to be a downer.

Yep, same here. These are two very experienced guys with a lot of clout in the industry, having them on board only increase the reach of TM1. Sure their expertise and connections within the industry will be another big plus for the company.

Topped up again, didn't expect to see this below 2p again and with this nice little bit of news, I think it's a great time to get a few more before the price starts to finally rise to where we all know it should be.

I think anyone who reads this and thinks it's bad news for TM1 is very short sighted. They don't plan on producing till the end of 2028 and let's be honest, in real terms that is likely to stretch way beyond that, we know all to well how delays always happen.

TM1 had a five year plan in place of which we are now over a year into. Admittedly they are a year behind schedule, but even if that 5 year plan now needs to become a six year plan, that still gives them a good five years of extremely profitable business before this new venture even starts to produce.

Plus TM1 do not only focus on Lithium, admittedly that is a major part of the business but they have many other irons in the fire as well. In five years time chances are they will have adapted their business again and they will be looking to innovate new sources of income.

I really don't think that article has much to do with the current drop. It's just people losing patience and going to put their money elsewhere.

Really frustrating to see this drop below 2p again. We were all hoping for news by the end of June, time is pretty much up on that. So I can fully understand people getting worried again and jumping ship.

It's just another example of TM1 giving us a timeline and failing to achieve what they have told us. I do wish they would improve their communication skills.

But you don't own any? Your buy in price was when it got back down to 1.5-1.7, which it never did?

As we all sit here patiently (or not) waiting for the big news that the machine has finally been turned on, I was just wondering how much, if any, income TM1 are already generating.

We were told back in December than manual recycling had begun at the Lead-Acid plant. So we would guess that is bring in at least a small amount of income. However since December TM1 seem to have been very quiet about how much recycling is actually taking place, so we have no idea of numbers.

Another possible stream of income is from the new Lithium battery feedstock. In a recent tweet TM1 told us they had lots of feedstock stored and ready to be processed. So this must have already been collected. So in theory if what we have been told is true, they should have received gate fees for this. So this is another source of income we can assume they are now receiving. Obviously they need to start recycling the batteries before they can collect more, but it should at least have given them some revenue.

There's also the battery Halo boxes that we would assume are generating some income, although how much is anyone guess.

So even though we are still waiting for the big news that the machine has been turned on, we could still be seeing some pretty decent income starting to move into TM1's pockets.

I can see the price dropping this week if we don't get any news. I think lots of people are expecting this week to be the week. If we don't hear anything people will start to panic.

Realistically though if it doesn't happen this week, it will not be long. We've been waiting over a year for the big switch on, another couple of weeks isn't going to hurt anyone. If the price does drop back down below 2.00 then it's another great chance to get some very cheap shares!

Next week has been for a while now the week we've all been looking forward to. I really hope it delivers. The latest post on the Twitter feed sounded very positive. The fact that they have all the feedstock on site and ready to go tells me they are expecting to start production any time.

That said, we've all seen how things so often take longer than expected with TM1. Timelines are basically a waste of time! All the comments over the past month or two from the team point to the last week in June, but if it doesn't happen next week, I'm sure it won't be to far ahead, so no big panic either way.
