The 1.75 is the sell price, if you're buying the price is 1.9. The price you see on Freetrade is just what the last trade was, so if I now bought ten shares it would show the price as 1.9. if five mins later I sold the same ten shares the price it showed would be 1.75. The price would not have actually moved, it's just the buy and sell price you are seeing. That's why in Freetrade the graph will go up and down all the time. The price isn't actually moving, it's just the difference in buy and sell price.

This is very true, there have been a few times when I've though I'll just wait another day and then suddenly the price shoots up again. As you say there are so many bits of news that could land any day which would see an increase. There's the full lead acid license, the completion of the comms phase, news of a 3rd and 4th plant, news of off take agreements/sales, financial reports telling us they have started earning and for me the big one, the Recyclus takeover finally getting completed.

Any one of those will push the price upwards, if we get a few back to back it will push it up very fast to much higher levels. While news is quiet there could well be a slow drop as people loose patience, but sooner or later it's going to jump back up. It's so hard to time it right.

If you're bored of this now you are clearly in the wrong stock. The TM1 SP has been in steady decline for well over 18 months. There have been a few nice rises at certain points, but generally speaking it has been performing pretty badly.

However, as of yet they have not really made any money. For us long term investors (I first bought TM1 in December 2021), the reason we invested was because of the potential. It's only now that that potential is about to turn into actual returns. It's been a very slow process and I don't expect them to suddenly become rich over night, but over the coming weeks and months the money is going to start flowing into the business, this will lead to more investment and announcements of expansion, thus leading to more potential and more profit. Now is not the time to get bored. Now is the time to realise we are right on the cusp of something special, and if able, a great time to get some more shares at a discount price.

Investing is often about holding your nerve, sadly most people seem to have lost that recently and moved elsewhere. But when you do the research, see what the company is actually doing, then it's fairly easy to see this is a great place to be, especially if you've got in early at this price.

It may still be a few months before we see any real movement in the SP, or it may be tomorrow, but it will come and if you're not here when it does, you will regret 'getting board'. DYOR

You'd think so wouldn't you, especially when back in December of last year Robin told us it was 'imminent'. I think we've learnt to ignore any time frame TM1 give us with licenses. They have no idea. It's not really there fault, it just how it seems to work, its very slow and takes a very long time. One day it will arrive, but until it finally drops i don't think anyone will know when it will be.

Yes very interesting. It shows they are going to have no problem getting hold of feedstock for the machine and even people are paying them good money in gates fees, all the better. Also hints at a speed up of the plan to ramp up, which can only be a very good thing.

This thread fills me with dread, last time Hardcore predicted a 'huge uplift' was around 3 weeks ago. The price was 2.2 and he told us next week it would be 3-4p. The opposite happened, it fell from 2.2 down to 1.5! Tempted to sell all my shares now I've read this prediction. Hahahaha

Not keen on the working in this tweet. 'Will be fed' that implies a future event. If they were already doing it wouldn't they say 'are being fed'? Would not be surprised to hear they've not even started yet.

Also seen quite a few mention on here that the comm phases will take two weeks. I'm pretty sure it takes longer than that. The overall time frame was more like 6 weeks from what I understood.

Long term it doesn't really matter. We are heading in the right direction. Would be nice to get a little more communication though as to how things are progressing, or even IF they are progressing.

I've been out for the afternoon and just logged back on, wow! That was a nice surprise. I hope this is the start of what we have all been waiting for.

This is fully expected, it takes a long time to get things like this going. And let's be honest, if they are saying 2026 it's more than likely going to be 2027 at the earliest. That's one of the reason this has had little or no impact on our SP.

It does show though how far ahead TM1 are. By 2027 TM1 should be well on there way with at least 3 or 4 Lithium-ion plants up and running. Again it proves this business is in the right place at the right time. TM1 will have plenty of time to fully establish itself as an industry leader over the next few years, as long as the company is managed and run well. There is unlimited scope for expansion and roll out in the coming years. It really is exciting to be in this position where we are now at the start of it all.

Well I was hoping to log on this morning and see something happening with the SP after that news last night. So much for that idea! Nothing!

As we see the share price slide ever lower, I can't help but wonder if the team have lost interest ever so slightly when it comes to the SP. Lots of us thought June, July would be the months the price hit new heights, sadly the opposite has happened. With so much news just around the corner and so much to look forward to, I almost feel like TM1 have given up slightly with the SP.

They could be doing a lot more to keep news moving, more to help the SP. Part of me thinks they are now just so confident in what they now have that the SP has become irrelevant to them. As the money starts to come in do they just assume that sooner or later the market will take notice and catch up.

I think the vast majority of us here feel the current SP and market cap is way below what it should be. So it is a case of now just sitting and waiting for good results? Or will TM1 pull their finger out, improve communication and start giving us some solid news to move the SP?

Part of me wonders if they are just content to let the SP drift. Giving some people a chance to pick up a bargain before people finally sit up, take notice and invest.

I still have confidence that this will head up again at some point. It just gets hard when you come on here every week and see things going the opposite way you expect them to.

The last time they mentioned this which was about 6 weeks ago I think, they said they were looking to get the plant up and running first then they could focus on getting this deal finished. So hopefully now the plant is up and running (or about to be) we should get some news on the acquisition soon.

Not really competition. There are other companies that offer Lithium battery recycling here in the UK. It's been talked about on here before. These other companies either ship the batteries overseas or manually break them down. It's very different to what TM1 are about to start doing.

They will have competition in the future no doubt, but hopefully they have quite a good head start on anyone else trying to achieve what they are about to do.

Thanks Redroy, that is very helpful. If you get 60% return on Black Mass from what you put into the machine, that is a staggering amount! If that is true they are basically sitting on a gold mine!

Robin said they would be starting the machine running in 2 hour shifts to start the commissioning phase. So that's basically 25% of it current capacity for a single shift. Even at that pace though, that is going to produce a lot of Black Mass to sell on. As of next week they should be a very happy little team!

When you think that a month or two ago we were at 2.5p, that was before we had the plant ready to go. We are a lot further on now so I don't see why we can't easily get back up to that price and beyond. I don't like predicting prices on here like some do, but I really would be hoping once we are cash generative the price will be higher than it was when we were sat around waiting for something to happen a few months back.

One thing I don't think they have ever told us is how much Black Mass they get per tonne of batteries recycled. I don't blame them for that, it's probably info they don't want to tell people. But I don't think they would need a massive amount to sell it.

They have no deals in place for offtake. This has been done on purpose as there are several offtakers who want the black mass. So they are basically going to let it go to whoever pays the most. They will have no issues selling the stuff.

They also plan on selling the other things that come out of the process. Paper, plastic, a few other bits. I doubt these will bring in massive amount but every little helps.

So is anyone having a cheeky top up today? After yesterdays madness the SP is still much lower than anyone would of expected. I honestly can't see how it could drop down from here, unless we have some other bizarre series of events like yesterday!

With the machine being turned on next week, even if it's only operating at 25% capacity to start with during the commissioning phase, that's finally a nice steady stream of income that is only going to increase.

Next week really could be the start of where we see TM1 start to kick on and start delivering on all the promises. I'm a bit frustrated that I topped up last week at what I though was a bargain price, 1.65 seems like an absolute steal! So anyone taking advance today?

If you listen to the interviews you will understand that fires like this are going to happen. But the fact that they had a fire and yet only a few hours later had 30/40 people on a tour of the plant shows that it was contained and all the safety measures worked.

Although this fire was very badly timed and caused all to throw up into our morning coffee, in the end it's turned out to be a positive. It shows how well their safety features are working. Plus as they said in the interviews, they can learn from this and improve certain procedures.

It sounds like the fault was at the hands of the third party who packed up the batteries in a plastic barrel. If they had been stored in one of the Halo boxes this would never have happened.

I noticed Robin and Alex were using this as a chance to promote their Halo boxes! Made me smile, trying to make the best of the situation and turn a negative into a positive.

I really hope the share price recovers back above 2p again short term. Then onwards and upwards as we keep saying.

So we all know today has been a mad day. Some scary news that turned out to be very much a non story. So we know why the share price plummeted this morning, makes sense.

But now we know the fire was nothing serious, no real damage to worry about, everything is carrying on as normal.

The volumes today have been mad! Again we understand why, the share price going down so when people realised it was nothing to worry about they bought at a cheap price. So at the end of the day almost £200,000 worth more share have been bought than sold. Yet the price has dropped about 15%. How does that work?

Surely if more share are bought than sold the price should go up. I understand shares move on news, but it has not moved first thing on the news of a raise, so it's obviously gone down on the fire news. So when we got the good news that the fire was nothing to worry about, why didn't the share price go back up? Would love to be able to understand these things :)

Think it's been a fantastic response from the team today. At 10am we were all convinced the plant was in ashes and we had all lost a forture. A case of Fake News and people panic selling.

Turns out it was just a very small fire, very well contained, exactly what they have all the safety measures in place for and which worked very well by the sounds of it.

Really nice to hear they have 30/40 visitors on site this afternoon having a tour of the plant. Clearly that would not be happening if this was a major incident. Well done team.
