I've noticed that change with the # on Twitter too. It's made it impossible to scan for TM1 news using the #. Very frustrating. I've been trying to work out a way round it but as yet not been able to come up with anything.

This does sound like it could be really exciting to me. There is so much news we are waiting on... Recyclus deal, battery boxes, new contracts with suppliers/offtakers, the next two plants, etc... I'll be honest, I don't fully understand why they have to wait till production start before they can start releasing all this news, but I'm sure they have their reasons.

Once we do FINALLY see the machine switched on, I expect there to be a rapid flow of exciting announcements. The past year has been very slow and very frustrating, but all that should finally be about to change.

I agree, if they were signing contacts it ties them in to deals and they could be missing out. Whereas this way they can just sell to the highest bidder, thus maximising profit. If what we keep hearing about how much in demand this Black Mass is then this seems like the far more sensible option.

It may be down the line that they change strategy, but for now I think this is the best way to start things off.

My thoughts... I'll believe it when I see it!

It's all very well having good intentions and making statements like this, but until they actually start putting their money where their mouth is it's just empty words.

Thanks Seagulls. Just had a read through that RNS. It's all very clear now, NOT! Haha. An interesting read but most of it was a little over my head. It was helpful to the point that it shows this is not something that is going to happen quickly. It's going to be a slow burner.

I also understand from that RNS that GBML have other options going forward. So I would assume if the current drills that are going on as we speak, have positive results, they will look to exercise those options sooner rather than later. Which would in theory put more money in TM1's pockets. That was my understanding of it but it seems like a very complicated set up that I will probably never fully understand.

It also mention there is no project expenditure for the company. So in other words TM1 don't have to lay out any major costs to fund the work, that's all done by GBML. But it still does not answer the question of when. If we are going to start seeing income from this in a few months time then that is very significant for the company and the share price. However, if were still 5 years away from seeing that income, then it will have very little bearing on the SP and the company value now.

So that was why I was curious as to when we might seeing a return on this investment by TM1.

So after the latest RNS yesterday I was just wondering if anyone could shed some more light on what the mining assets actually offer. Yesterdays announcement was about the Leinster site in Ireland. So I understand they have an earn-in agreement with Global Battery Metals. But does anyone have an idea of how that works?

I assume it means when GBML start earning money TM1 take a percentage of that profit. Does anyone know what the percentage is? Also does anyone know when GBML are likely to start making money from the site? Also how much are they likely to make from mining the site?

I realise all these figures will be guesses and estimates but I was just after an idea of what the asset may actually be worth in value to TM1 in the coming months and years. A time scale would be helpful to, are they expecting to start earning a percentage soon or is it still several years down the line where money will start coming in? Anyone have any ideas?

A little dip in price this morning. Everytime I see it dip a little I can't help but add a few more. Chances are now I've done that it will dip lower. But I'm still slightly below my average so at these prices I can't resist the chance to get a few more.

I can't imagine we will see prices like this for many more weeks. So every chance I get a little more goes into the fund.

I think a few people had assumed that from something that was said, but they never actually said that. We have had more clarification in recent weeks, production is expect to start towards the end of June. We're all hoping/expecting for a nice steady rise in price until that happens in expectation.

They are also planning a press day for the start of July. So by then you would assume it would be full steam ahead, ready to show the world what they are doing.

When it comes to more funds it impossible to say for sure. The reality is though that for the last 18 months TM1 have been burning through cash with very little money actually coming in. Hence why several times they have had to look for ways to raise money. However, that is all about to change. Suddenly the business will become very cash generative and profits will quickly follow.

Whether or not there are more raises will depend on how fast they want to expand. The original talk was 2 plants a year for the next five years. The plan was that with the income these would generate there would be no need for future raises. However, as they are now roughly a year behind schedule they may want to try and move things along faster. So who knows.

Either way, I can only see a very bright future here.

Very nice to be named share of the week. These guys don't always get it right, but I would say more often that not they do. Have to agree with everything they said, since the big jump up over 2p a month or so ago, the share price has stabilized. Last week there was a steady stream of buys and not many sells, as we move ever close to that machine finally being turned on I can only see the price rising steadily higher.

The fact that the current Market Cap is 35M and yet the Li-on plant alone is expecting to bring close that in profit in the next 12 months is staggering. Then factor in the the other plant which is already doing some manual recycling of the lead-acid batteries, also the storage boxes which should being in income and of course the multiple mining assets, this stock still feels massively undervalued and there is so much potential for future growth.

Really exciting to see what happens in the next few weeks and months.

I've never been a fan of Twitter and never really used it, until I started investing around 18 months ago. For TM1 especially Twitter is the best place to go for news and info. I follow the feed but also keep an eye on the # TM1 as that is where you tend to get a feel for how people are feeling about TM1. I think Twitter is probably the most important tool for up to date market info.

That said, I still don't use it for anything else and generally hate the thing! :)

They do have a habit of using the word imminent. I've come to learn what it basically means with TM1 is that we will get it done at some point in the next 12 months. I've learnt a great deal of patience while investing with Tech Mins. I'm sure it will eventually be rewarded, or should I say imminently rewarded! :)

A nice little mention on the Sunday Roast podcast today. The team went along to have a look at the Lithium-ion site and also took along everyone's favourite Forum member, Swanny!

Sounds like they were all very impressed with what they saw. We're still 3-4 weeks away from recycling as they are still finalising the fire suppression system and the air filtering systems, but they are well on the way to finishing.

Sounds like a very slick operation is almost about to kick into full gear. The was also mention of a press day early July which I would imagine will be once everything is up and running, that should hopefully bring lots of attention to the company and bring along some new investment.

I think June could be the start of a few very exciting months for TM1. Maybe Swanny is around to shed some extra light on what he saw when he went for is visit last week also? Not to worry if not ;)

If only we knew someone how had lots of Black Mass, Lithium and a few other key components to sell... Oh wait!

Soon as I spotted this on the news I thought this can only be good news for the future of TM1. Very exciting times ahead.

I'm very much in the same position. This company was on my radar way back at the end of 2021. Bought my first large chunk of shares at a frightening 5.19! Have slowly dragged my average down and I'm quite happy with my holding now, if we see any more drops I may top up a little more and bring it down slightly lower.

It's an exciting time for the company and investors. It's been a rocky 18 months with lots of disappointment and a few things have frustrated me, as you mention, the latest share options were another little blow to confidence, but overall we're in a great place and I'm very excited for the next few months.

It's been very quiet on here this past week or so, both on the chat and in the trades. Slight down tick of the price but only small. I think this could well be the lull before we start to see lots of significant news. With production expected to start (hopefully) early June, will we start to see an increase in activity as people start to buy back in and new investors jump on board?

I think the acquisition of Recyclus has been a worry for many and has held the price back. But now we are expecting that to be completed this quarter as well so that could be a big news item that pushes the price up.

Also hopefully lots of press and excitement about FINALLY getting production started at the Lithium-ion plant, that should generate lots of enthusiasm. Along with that we should see news of deals, partnerships and other things materialise. Not to mention all the mining news we could see, especially the Irish site, expecting lots of news flow on that soon.

There is so much to look forward to in the very near future, this quiet period was very much expected and in many ways it's just waiting for the sudden surge of movement, hopefully upwards and onwards.

I've almost bought this stock so many times, no I've seen the price massively reduced I've finally took the plunge. Hoping it's going to creep back up towards 200.

Nice to see some drilling work has begun at the Knockeen site in Ireland. From what I can gather the Ireland asset is the one that shows the most potential of all TM1's mining assets and it also seems to be the most advanced when it comes to progress there. Hopefully this drill will yield some exciting results in the coming weeks.

I think a lot of people focus on the Recycling side of the business which is understandable as it the side most likely to produce quick cash, but the mining assets, especially the Lithium one in Ireland could also have a lot of potential for some major income in the future. I think if the results come back positive there will be lots of bigger players taking an interest in that site.

Really hope this is the case, been in the red for a long time on this one and although yesterday was a great day, still a long way to go.
