The fact for me is that AZN pulled out and it’s one of those if only. SNG for whatever reason weren’t compelling enough to retain AZN patronage.

I don’t know what is going on behind the scenes I can only go on what I see, that is tangible & protects and adds security to my investment.

Two interviews ago RM was hinting at a range of interested suitors and was very bullish saying words to the effect that even the worst case scenario was very good. This last interview for me he was no where near as bullish nor did he make reference to my memory of firming up that interest.

I have watched RM give a range of interviews where he has talked up the massive potential value of SNG. But the point is until the big boys come to the table and sign that licensing deal it remains exactly that ‘potential.’

I agree with much of this and I have vented much the same for some time.

I guess what we say here has little or no effect on anything in all reality. It is not helpful though taking the stance that posters who pose legitimate questions are anti SNG. That is a simply childish playground not in our gang mentality and jumping in to try to quash debate is self defeating .

Some really do need to give their heads a wiggle. SNG is has done an amazing job but turning this academic research to a fully functioning commercial entity requires a different focus and skill set.

Sometimes people can be too consumed in what they’ve always done to realise they need to change or bring in help to meet a new challenge. SNG to my mind is at that juncture.

In essence I do have an underlying sense of concern that matches Org30s sentiment.
I am not knocking RM or the company, why would I as I retain a significant investment.
A nagging doubt remains for me too to be honest. I have watched RM make repeated aspirational statements regarding licensing and commercial partnerships but these deals to date have failed to materialise.
It would seem a no brainier for at least one cash rich pharma to come on board especially at this share price and stage of development.
So why hasn’t this materialised ? A simple analogy might be someone making the effort to pitch on Dragons Den but asking too much & failing to get the investment and disappearing into obscurity.
I am not saying this is a perfect or even valid comparison but only I would feel so much happier if we had a ‘big hitter’ as a business partner.
Many words do not fill a basket, and eventually aspirations need to be met.

My prediction is it will be sold out by10am.
Maybe it can help but heck of a marketing boost.

So ‘hopefully’ they will be starved of oxygen here and go off and irritate somewhere else.

I enjoy varied debate even if it’s a bit left field and not how I see things.

I have though needed to green box a couple of the usual suspects and it does make for a less irritating experience. I thoroughly recommend it :-)

With medics in my close family they have expressed concern about the lack of informed discussion to the potential downsides.

It was very interesting to read the Swedish fallout from state sponsored max vaccination and also BMJ article raising numerous potential adverse side effects.

I have said this before when folk start pressure selling whatever it is, my immediate response is it too good to be true ? i.e. if it’s that good why the hard sell ? and do I trust the person trying to sell me it ?

My honest answer relating specifically to BJ and his cronies is no certainly not. He has a long track record of falsehood and deception both as a journalist and a politician. This is not a party political thing just a incontrovertible fact and character trait.

So the upshot for me is that much smarter people than me who better understand this stuff have genuine concerns based on the known side effects of other recent mass vaccination programs.

Do I listen to a note of caution from science and the people I love and trust ?

Or do I ignore them and follow the rallying cry of a proven smoozer and liar.

It is obviously an individual decision based on your age and personal risk profile. But personally I am not going to rush to judgment.

I want to know more so I am happy to wait a while to see greater scrutiny and make a clear headed decision. GLA.

Sounds like the old adage of never letting the truth get in the way of a good story & maybe an even better share price.

I had a ‘friend’ back along who took his car into a certain garage because it needed an MOT but otherwise might have struggled.

When he drove the car to the garage the MOT certificate was already there waiting.

It seems with all the expectation and unprecedented pressure from the government the MHRA are being expected to operate like a dodgy back street garage.

Not great.

Just on BBC - professor querying wether Azn efficacy might be nearer 60% in truth so why would we chose to roll this out & not roll out one of the other options.

A lot of very prominent folk going in to bat for Azn but certainly some large cracks starting to appear.

So all vaccines are safe because we’ve bought shed loads of them so they must be.

We are happy to tell everybody they are great but this hasn’t been confirmed by the regulators.

Slight hitch with the trial in that we steered clear of the people who might get most sick but we certainly were not cherry picking or being economical with the truth. We can sort this with another trial but let’s have a massive roll out before we do know.

Oh het this the less you take the better the results so by logic if I don’t take any it will be 100% effective.

Last but not least if you don’t believe us and get the vaccine straight away you won’t be able to travel because you won’t have a vaccine passport and you will be doomed to eternal house arrest.

Quite a bit to take in really.

We really could use some push back from SNG. RM talked about maximising shareholder value we’ll now is the time.

A positive update will suffice silence is not golden.

Does a vaccine treat Long Covid ?
Vaccines have been found as have many very important unanswered questions.

I have to agree the premise that vaccines are guaranteed to end this seems to fly in the face of what we are seeing.

Having had a virus in no way precludes you from having a very similar variant. This virus is and has mutated so can a strain specific vaccine stop it. I have my doubts.

So it may be more but a ball park figure is 10% of all Symptomatic Covid sufferers continue to be impacted by debilitating symptoms i.e. Long Covid.

Symptoms typically include continued lung and breathing difficulties. I have searched for Long Covid treatments and details are very vague and yet SNG remains one of the most promising treatments for Covid.

So regardless of vaccination there will be a huge demand for treatments for Long Covid. 10% of those suffering world wide. Sorry too late to do the math but surely a mahoosive figure.
