That is pretty much how I figure it would happen... but I either wait and see or try and find a similar deal elsewhere for confirmation.. but announcing finance agreed before the actual deal should certainly provide a catalyst to the SP

excuse my ignorance but is that how it will work? Would it not be finance agreed.. go ahead and finalise the deal.. then let the finance company know the completion date, at which point the funds will actually be released?

Enough is enough now.. too many missed deadlines and too many positive interviews which have proven to be wide of the mark. Gutted with the management.. the death spiral finance decimated my holding.. if they had placed for what they needed back when we obtained the licence surely this saga would not have endured. given they placed for millions way down here, surely they could have done it way back when they got Baita Plai approved at a much higher SP?

I had missed that word, primarily, in my first few listens through!.. therefore I was a bit downhearted to see placing news this morning. however with the placing out of the way I am now looking forwards with a positive outlook again.

I went back and listened to the proactive interview.. bit sneaky with the wording which was, can be primarily financed by debt.

Why is there any need for funding asset based or death spiral at all?? This company seems to be able to just carry out placing after placing anyway!!! Money grows on the same trees all my diluted to hell share holding does it wouild appear.. have been in this for over 6 years now and it has easily been the most expensive ride I have ever taken in both time and money.

Also a fan of a quiet board and quietly rising share price.. reminds me of one of my first investments Baobab resources.. it just crept up and up for months and there was hardly a peep on the boards

I thought Gun held over 6 million shares in UOG? I can see the initial purchase and TR1 stating over the 3% threshold, but can't see any news of disposal of shares?

I thought the information about the planning permission was extremely poor from both the Council and the company. The important dates listed on the planning application just appear to be nonsense, It's unclear as to how far along the application has\had gotten. How they can't simply have pending decision\approved or declined clearly displayed is beyond me.

also a tweet last week, showing them presenting at a trade show, so would seem like there is still life :)
