I agree, it's a warning sign for me usually.. however in the case of Zenith, I have been invested for years but have remained holding due to the arbitration, now those hearings have been heard it's not the time for me personally to consider selling. My view is a positive outcome vs Tunisia and this unlocks the funds for a serious amount of growth on the Solar projects, and naturally a negative outcome vs Tunisia and as a holder at this level will see my share holding Donald Ducked regardless of who Andrea has interviews with.

Yeah this has been a crappy week, raise money earlier than stated and use some of it to give away a chunk of the potential Uranium business they announced with a big fanfare and sounded promising, From reading the RNS today it now doesn't appear to benefit the majority of shareholders anywhere near as much as was previously alluded... not impressed.. I'm in profit so I'm out of this now.

1. no raise until at least june - dropping one early - annoying

2. not opening it up to the larger shareholder base - just becoming frustrating

3. trying to make it out it's great because it's at a higher price than the last - just save it, trying coat the **** on the spoon with sugar is just insulting

Sub-Par there's another commonly used phrase I've noticed being used incorrectly to describe something bad.

Hopefully there isn't another placing... surely if the payouts for the 3 three cases arrive in the bank then there shouldn't be any need for further raises after that surely? ZEN are already due £9 million from the first case.. if that was in their possession then I'd like to think these placings wouldn't have happened.

I invested in VAST many moons ago, I will never see my investment back, The share price would need to multiply about 180x from where it is just now after being diluted to oblivion, however I was still happy to see the news of this parcel finally being released, I didn't think I would see the day to be honest.

On the one hand good to see the company are pressing on with more ventures, on the other no one likes to see a placing when we are due settlement from arbitration.

Yeah said week commencing 24th February, whether there is a regulatory news announcement stating exactly when it's being heard I'm not sure, it may just be the judgement that is communicated.

SteveE60, I've nothing to keep up with, It is not in the shareholders best interests to be discussing or even skirting around discussing details of any potential legal actions, proceedings or otherwise on a public forum. From your antagonistic tone it seems to me that either you are part of the CAG and for some reason don't understand this, or you do not have the shareholders best interests at heart.

Either way this is the last time I'm stating the obvious for the benefit of those who do actually care.

I'm a paid up member of the action group, I have to yet see any alleged zoom call that may or may not have taken place, which strangely, people are discussing on a public forum. Whether there has been or hasn't been a zoom call... please stop discussing these matters on here or on any other public forum. I do not appreciate having the proactive hard work of others as well as mine and every other member of the CAG's investment in it being jeopardised, purely by impatience and to be honest thoughtlessness/selfishness. There is no useful conversation to be had on here on such matters.

Can we stop discussing CAG exclusive updates here please. and do yourself a favour and stop creating hard deadlines,where one hasn't been given, for things out of your own control. try to switch off and leave it to the professionals.
