Yes, 80p is a little ambitious at the moment. Chilting is correct.

ITX is in a far better place than the time of the dilution. They're doing all the right things and getting results (as they said they would). Lots more to do. Early into moving from trials to orders. Not profitable (hence the price). Revenues growing. On target.

Current range is roughly 2.4 to lower double digits. If it did reach lower double digits in the very short term it would be unlikely to hold that level.

Plenty of potential upside from here. Probably see further spikes after the weekend as i wouldn't be remotely surprised to see ITX discussed in your favorite weekend share publications.

Historically, this is the day we lose a few shareholders before we zip upwards. Rewards ahead.

Yesterday's video interview with CEO John Shaw is worth watching for those who haven't seen it yet.

My favorite quote from John Shaw during interview was: "we really validated our business model across all of our product lines". He also comments that revenue so far in 2019 has surpassed 2018 already.

It's not about stock moving up/down following broker advice. It's binary, it either goes up or down. For every broker note that translated to accuracy around price/results it's easy to d find another note that didn't.
Cherry picking broker notes against share movements (or company results) is open to personal bias. People will pull out broker notes that 'went their way', 'proved to be right'.
My consideration with broker notes is 'their motivation'. Brokers and finance houses are guided by money. They're guidance shouldn't be taken as gospel. In fact, many of the broker forecasts i read turn out to be laughable after the short term jolt.
I like them, but i wouldn't base my investments on them.

Ideally, ITX needs to push beyond the 3.4p mark over the coming days. It's on track.

Why would a broker say or do anything that was of any material value to a retail investor?
Their goal is simple, to harvest as much money as people - ideally 'fresh' money as opposed to churning money within the square mile.
Broker statements tend to have some short term material effect on share price movements - as retail investors buy/sell - but (in my humble experience) are often followed by periods of buying or selling against the original broker note.
I listen to their commentary but i act based on my own analysis, understanding the game, and filtering the noise.
Investing is as much about building personal mind discipline as it is about searching out opportunities.

You get the feeling the price has been positioned and is settling in readiness for news.
At this price:
If you think Luft's offer wins and is welcomed, buy.
If you think Luft's bid underwhelms TCG or the market, sell.

I'm of the opinion that any news that reduces debt in any significant manner inline with increased interest from FOSUN coupled with access to credit through Winter and we have upward movement. 21.5p seems to be the pivot point. From here, it's helterskelter or launchpad.

ps: this is partly why they require a minimum Winter liquidity buffer, to support the forthcoming pay round.

The pay round for this May has already taken place. And 2020 allocations and prices. Well, it has in Greece. Greece is the area i operate in.

May & June is always a pinch-point for a tour operator. This is the time of year they pay their agents for the previous year and agree terms and allocation for following year (the current year terms agreed previous May).
Important to note. TCG, TUI and all big operators do not pay or reach agreement with hoteliers directly. Hoteliers deal through a locally appointed agent.

Today's news is very good. It secures this season (assuming the advance talks with banks are successful) and gives plenty of time to sell airline.

One thing that is now sure (once again, assuming banks agree funds) is that TCG are NOT going bankrupt any day soon.

Some PIs have bought in higher - on a spike - and will see this as opportunity to sell.

Calculate TCG share price will be higher post airline sale. Buying now reduces amount FOSUN pay per share when they mount bid for Tour Business.

Unlike D.J. Trump, CF seems to understand the art of the deal. He's deep in negotiating the best deal he can to take the project to a successful completion. To me, the RNS was speaking to the potential investors/financiers. It tells me that he's not a passenger in this negotiation.

Shareholders were not meant to be the no. 1 audience for the RNS stating 'before the end of April'. He's sending a message to us with the aim to speak to listeners elsewhere ;)

FOSUN are move like a large dove with teeth.
After all, FOSUN and TCG are in partnership on a number of projects. Their original investment of 10 percent of TCG was welcomed by TCG board (5% in floated shares and 5% purchased in the market).
TCG and FOSUN enjoy corporate synergy and are development partners.

It was less than six months ago when a SELL note was issued and the price fell close to £1 handing the hedge funds their exit point. What a bargain!
