I sense he's trying to time the share price peak to a point where it can be realised. Almost like holding the steam in the pot and releasing under some form of control.
If that's the case he'll just annoy investors and turn away new investors who fear that he'll pipe up again right after a transformational news release.

Roche is understood to be in talks with the Department of Health and Social Care about possible use by the NHS in England, though other testing products are also being assessed.

Given market demand in UK and Eire there's huge scope here for both Roche and Quotient.

“I think we are a trailblazer here, but I really hope that more than one of us is moving on this because even we do not have the capacity to meet demand.

“There is a real shortage of supply of secondary reagents, biomarkers, specialised spare parts [for testing machines] and their components from China?.?.?.?supply chains are badly disrupted.”

"Even well-resourced companies will take months to ramp up antibody testing", he added.
