Nice of hVIVO to let you know of a decision that goes against what their Executive Chairman has announced.

Fairview, stop and think.
1. Show me the regulation that requires the clinic to stop bookings or tells people they may not travel to take part in clinical trials.
2. Where would they be traveling to? Not a disco, park, garden centre.... they're traveling to a QUARANTINE CLINIC.

Fairview, I don't think you've stopped and thought it through.
If there was an issue with volunteers it wouldn't be permission/regulation it would down to willingness of people making themself available during a pandemic. And, given the response thus far it's become very clear that access to a pool of volunteers is not a prolem.

Cathal's thoughts about CEO

During Cathal's most recent podcast interview he was asked a question about the release of a research note. Within his reply he provides insight to role of CEO and Ex Chairman.
He replied [verbatim]

"He [NOMAD] has been chasing me - OK - to help.. and we are the one that has held up the research note. And the reason we held up the research note was we wanted to get our feet under the table at hVIVO. I genuinely didn't really plan on being more or less the CEO. Executive Chairman is close, but i am more or less the CEO. I didn't want that research note going out until we announced more than one deal"

Extended my position late yesterday, and early this morning.
So, we wait.

IMMO pleased they opted for collaborating with high-value locations with proven footfall.
Past decisions will benefit them post-virus.
