Placing price was determined before price hit 10p.
IMO cathal expected the placing to be at a premium.

Im not so sure significant news will come before placing issued.

There may well be some short term selling when the placing is issued to the market but it's somewhat irrelevant for long term investors.
No doubt traders will find their way ;)
