Are you still going on about the $500m Bigoiler. The simple fact is the alleged value of $500m plus the $100m exploration costs will never and I�ll repeat that, will never create a per share market cap by dividing that combined value by the shares in issue. Which was what the original posts was about. No one also said the monthly payment was a purchase price, and if someone decides on a JV or farm out you still won�t get a value on the data. So it�s quite simple, the value here and now for that data is $250k no more no less, so whoever wrote the original post was wrong, are you�re all wrong for attacking me for saying so.

This is an extract from the company itself; Ultimate recoupment of exploration and evaluation assets capitalised is dependent on successful development and commercial exploitation, or alternatively, sale of the respective licence areas. Which is what I�ve said!

Unbelievable, you just like to make it up Bigoiler. I gave an evaluation on the cost of exploration of $48m and as the data room was free to interested parties ie no cost to view it if interested. Have signed the $250k a month deal since then the value the company is getting is $250k for that data. That value whether bpc thinks the cost to acquire it is $500m or not is what the company is getting for it. In no way shape or form will that data equate to the sp been 30p per share at this stage. The value is in getting someone to stump up for the drilling costs, people have been looking at it for months and months for free with no takers. Only recently has someone wanted a closer, private look. Then ultimately only way the company will get any value from it is if they find extractable hydrocarbons, with a chance of finding it between 10-30% in other words a chance of not finding it 70-90%

It�s not negatively or jealously, but it is the same on every board. Any comment to the contrary is twisted into a troll witch hunt. Every stock is the dream maker and the best binary bet on AIM. Blue�s are believed, reds manipulated, buys are buys, sells are buys. Trades don�t show up. Deals are signed weeks in advance and sp�s are manipulated down to allow mates rates. Charts don�t work unless they point upwards. Timescales will be hit until they�re not then it�s �another� good time to �top up�, but if you all honestly think that an open data room has a valuation of $500m attached to the sp level then good look in this game as you�ll get ripped apart. I understand the mechanics of potential B4now, but that�s not the point in case with a valuation based on intangible exploration costs and a $500m valuation of that data.

So if they�ve spent $100m they must of impaired $50m somewhere along the way on exploration costs Davie. The whole point been though I can�t see how someone can create a 30p valuation of the sp on exploration costs!! Especially on a 70-90% chance oil isn�t commercially extractable.

So you think they�ll purchase the data for $100m? They�ve opened up the data room for free. The only way bpc will get anything for it is either through production if they strike any hydrocarbons or the sale of the licence.
