Ironic, just because they reduced their wages it doesn’t mean it’s a done deal that’s ludicrous. They did that to save the company costs which in turn saved shareholders further dilution, and has ultimately allowed the company to keep afloat to get to the place they are now. It doesn’t show confidence it shows desperation at the time when they did it, I did the same when the financial crisis hit. I’m still in business now and still have the same staff as they received my wage. Did I do it for them? No I did it for me and my business at the end of the day. So do think they did it out the goodness of their heart for others as I’m sure the money they’ve earnt previous to the reduction will be more than enough to see them through.
