They are moving to probable and proven though which is a plus, if they can get the FS done on time and on budget with an offtake agreement in place, they might be able to get some other type of funding rather than mate rate flippers which should help the so.

Can�t see them working to PI�s timescale which is basically now, today, this minute. It never works like that, plus if I where to be throwing 60m at it i would take my time analysing the data.

At least 3 months with a maximum of 6 months, so not before 3 months or after 6 months. So expected timescale is within the second 3 month period.

They did state at least three months, then monthly payments thereafter so I wouldn�t expect anything within the three month period.

Lets only discuss 28b barrels repeated by Degsy every post, major/super majors repeated ever post or what about exclusivity repeated every post also. Of course you may MrG, I�ve never stated the data doesn�t hold value it just doesn�t warrant an so if 30p because of it. The data room has been open for a long time, in advance negotiations, with no takers. Then along comes a $250k money payer for exclusivity so it�s created a value to BPC of $250 per month which will go in the books. There is no assets value on the books otherwise. If that ghost floats away the data room info value reverts back to zero to BCP on a monthly basis. If the funder decides to fund a drill the data room has created value for BPC but only if they find oil in extractable volume. They [BPC] have stated themselves that evaluation and exploration costs are only recoverable in this scenario. My view doesn�t deserve the hostility I have received from the bully mob, lying and twisting. I�m still waiting for one of them to provide me with my post that this sp was certain to reach 2.5p as an example.

I�m not negative against anyone trying to make money in this game but I am negative against all the copy and paste merchants claiming this is a done deal. The ones who attacked me with their vile insults because I don�t believe the sp should have a value of 30p based on the data room and exploration costs alone. How many times do i have to state that? It�s they whom have twisted it all out of proportion.

So are you saying that if you post some outrageous statement like the sp should be 30p based on the data and exploration costs alone you don�t have to back it up with research, yet if you post anything to the contrary you do? It certainly seems that way on this board.
