On the 18th May they had �560k cash and �200k drawdown still available so they spent �400k since the 9th April. Definitely going to need some funds before the end of the financial year (31/12/18) at that rate. They do state within 7 months in the FY results and they did say they where fully funded for the DFS, so company running costs aren�t included. There�s also some convertible loans notes coming up that where extended until July 18 from the purchase of GAT. Basically pick your trade point, the 1.65p placees have reached their point now so that leaves drilling results, off take as placement points in the future as I don�t think they�ll leave it until DFS completion. They do have the �200k undrawn funds to see them through though so you never know.

The company will or should adhere to AIM rules King, but that doesn�t mean those buying/selling do or have to. URU can only notify the market if they themselves have been notified. It�s a mucky world.

�maybe further dilution� to achieve anything resembling a mining company there �will be further dilution� simple as. Every time these funders fund HER they take a little bit more of the company. Until the day they own enough percentage to just take the company by not funding it anymore!

The 30th if June is the year end Andy not the release date. You might see a trading update July but FY results won�t be for a while, think they have 6 months to publish them on Aim.

I wouldn�t expect it to go sub 1p Bluray but this is Aim so you never know. The flippers holding at 1.65p where always going to sell this down to around that level and stunt any sp growth. Come back end of the year.

You�ve still got to factor in different levels of risk into the equation, so I couldn�t see having a fixed spread working as that risk would then I presume just be taken out the sp as a whole. I doubt the mm�s would carry that risk at 5%

Illiquid, no demand equals big spread, liquid, demand equals small spread. Basic market economics diggit, fixing the spread would be total market manipulation of supply and demand creating an unhealthy market. Retail investors are and always will be manipulated to part with their money, by the companies, management, brokers, etc etc etc etc
