If the market makers wanted to sell this at �1 a share and they themselves valued it at that putting the ask up to it, do you think people would buy? No I very much doubt it, the market dictates the price with supply and demand the mm�s just accommodate that.

If ironic is correct then those that took up the placing would of known about it when the director buy occurred and forward sold (now I am sure that�s illegal ironic). Short term the company knows they are struggling hence the reduced marketing spend to protect ebitda/cash. As such I can�t see anything of note that would push this upto 2p and above only below 1p.

I�d wait till it�s back under 1p. Unless you know something the company doesn�t!! Whilst the Directors are optimistic about the medium-term prospects of the Company and the potentially transformational opportunity presented by India, trading conditions in the Company's core markets of India and Argentina are unlikely to change materially in the second half of the current financial year meaning that the Company expects that second half revenues will be slightly below those recorded in the first half of the year. With the Argentina business stabilised, the Company intends to continue to focus on achieving active paying subscriber growth in India which in turn drives revenues enabling it to build up volumes to cover operating expenses.

What are you waffling about, they raised money because they need to. They are running at a loss and will continue to do so, a slight uplift in the sp and they took advantage. HSBC sold out as they don�t see a return anytime soon!

I agree with you on that K, I wouldn�t say the end is nigh just yet. They�ve been in a slippery slope for a long while with LATAM. Now India is proving a hard nut to crack, this was always going to be the case with the competition in that region.

Nup, hardly anything. But when you consider only 3 weeks ago in the results they had �1.2m cash why raise such a small amount now? Surely they had enough to be getting on without it. All this now does for me is make me weary of any director buys here!

Orchestrated director buy allowed HSBC out and popped the price up to allow a 20% reduced playing. Mmmmm me no like those shenanigans.

Most on here don't work with any fundamentals Bladey, they see someone else post it and go with it as it suits them. It all depends on time frames, if fundamentals win out in the end its a medium/long strategy right,why do these fundamentalists post every second move, every buy/sell, every piece of info that doesn't matter to them with the fundamental approach. Simple, they don't work the fundamentals.

I don't pray for the demise of any company Christo or that shareholders lose money because of it. Thing is though you're looking foolish now ranting about trolls on every post rather than putting your investment case together on why anyone should part with their hard earned.

I did say when I thought my analysis of the charts changed to a more positive view I would say so. People get to emotional on these boards. I never tell folk to buy or sell, in light of that I never tell folk when I�ve bought or sold. Fairs fair right!

How did I know you would come up with that Cristal!!! The next drop point stands at that and I still stick by it. But as you know charts change, just because that�s what�s inferred doesn�t mean it will happen. You have to keep on your toes and be ready to change accordingly. Most don�t hence why they sit in a losing position, and they sit and sit as it gets worse and worse. Refusing through stubbornness to adapt, ask those who bought in 20/30/40% higher!! Now in the interest of balance will you now ask those posters who have claimed multiples of this sp on a daily basis why their finger licking strategy hasn�t worked.

Anyways, back onto my interpretation of the tech. The sp has now bounced of the 10 day sma after getting above it for the second time in 2 months and is presently sat in the middle of the 10/50. This time however its stayed there. The 10/50 day sma�s have levelled off and are slightly heading north along with the Macd which is above the signal line. The rsi is high at around 75 but I�m guessing this is due to the slow but steady buying due to news been due regarding starting of the drilling. Just need the streams to cross as confirmation, probably the day before news. All this after a 3 month falling wedge, which is a bullish sign.

The minus sign signals the trade was cancelled so ignore the one with the same amount beforehand.
