No I mean if they get the EIA and if they get the funding to drill and if they find oil and if it�s the best OIP upside of 28b barrels that Ironic keeps stated BPC already have then that amount won�t be recoverable.

No problem even if you were MrKing, it�s how things get resolved. I�m sure they're all working hard in the background, it�s how it affect URU that matters and how they address it. CCC are a major shareholder not a majority shareholder in URU but obviously have a related party interest through the Zorb. They could possibly just hold it as a legacy issue on the books which I doubt would alter the change of business shenanigans going on presently at CCC. I don�t think it would stop the Zorb still flitting between the two.

The record date is the date in which a shareholder will be recorded to be allegeable to attend or vote at the AGM, I don�t think it necessarily means the proxy info has to be issued by then.
