So they’re still in discussions after paying a £m but will allow other companies to start talking to BPC while they are!!!!
If they was serious they would drop another £250k in Potters lap wouldn’t they? Plus I’m not dressing anything as fact this is my opinion, just like all the other opinions posted on here the last 4 days, just because you don’t agree with it doesn’t make it wrong.

If they haven’t walked away they would have continue to pay for exclusivity to stop any other company getting in, simple as that. They’ve walked, potter knew that was coming imv hence getting back on the payroll at £5k a week. The reasons are unclear why they walked as nothing was stated. According to Degsy there’s other oil companies knocking on the door and have been during exclusive negotiations, now if that’s correct (and I don’t know how he could possibly know that), then surely they’ll be in like a shot....won’t they!!!! The only positive is that they gained some funds to keep paying Potter.

Potter back on the payroll, monthly, he knew what was coming.
