My crap!!!!! Wasn’t you the one telling everybody on the Ukog board that Mos had £2m in the bank on the 5th of July even though you said they had approx £1.4m on June 25th!!! A gain of £600k in less than 2 weeks only to have £1m 4 weeks later!!!! I know where the bad smells coming from.

You’re correct Dave AMC did get their licence before the infamous PFS so it can happen. Amc though are proving up the resource drilling more in a summer period than Uru have drilled in their history. Hence the reason why I believe this resource nowhere near enough to warrant a realistic sale price and more of a fire sale if it is sold anytime soon.

The Directors of Herencia expect to print and post the Annual Report and Accounts for the year to 31 December 2017 (the "Accounts") during the week commencing 23 July 2018 and a further announcement will be made at that time. (Thought they’d need more) Thing that stood out was that these ‘high net worth’ individuals have claims over the assets as security now, which was never mentioned before at the time of the funding. Do they have claims on the whole of the asset or per part according to the details ie. 10% discount on the vwa 10 days prior to the maturity date of the repayment what ever that maybe.

For a part time company this is entirely normal.

Liabilities at last count of £1.7m, cash down £500k since December 31st, the £1m in the bank at the end of June has to become accretive to the business to have any real value on the sp and not just to keep the lights on.

Im always pessimistic and realistic in this game Spike, some see it as negative. It stops the greediness which ultimately hits the wallet. Look at those that moan that pi’s are shortsighted when an RNS lands and the sp goes down, they’re the same ones who are shortsighted in pushing the sp up in the first place with the elaborations of refineries, done deals, boomtime way before any realistic timeframe. These experts are the traders buying and selling pretending to be your friendly long term investors!!!! Plenty of them on these boards.

Don’t say anything like that moneysaver, that would be classed as slyly derampering. Or someone will twist what you just said and acuse you of been a revolutionary trying to bring the BG down.
