I’m sure the major had all those points covered, yet still no deal. What do they not like?

Hasn’t Potter taken a lesser cash wage but now it’s not deferred by 90% so at least he got himself back on the payroll knowing a deal was highly unlikely. He still keeps his accrued shares and will be back into the company pension scheme.

The simple fact is the major doesn’t think it’s worth paying for exclusivity anymore, this could be for various reasons. They don’t like the data, the know the BG will take forever and a day, not prepared to take the risk alone, can’t agree terms etc etc. The whole problem is the RNS, (like most of the time from these companies), they’re very sly when it comes to the wording. If they don’t want to tell the real truth of the matter they’ll make it vague about what has happened, that way they don’t mislead investors as they’ll make their own conclusions. Problem is the market/investors doesn't like that as we’ve just seen with the big drop.

So during the exclusivity period we had ‘why would they pay 250k a month for exclusivity and to keep others away and not do a deal, it’s a done deal it just needs signing’. So I ask this ‘why would you after having paid 1m stop the exclusivity payments if you where serious about signing on the dotted line’?

So why are you trying to convince people to believe you if it makes no difference to you?

And I should believe you for what reason? Because you’ve said you’re a genuine holder!!

Just like the ones topping up when in reality their selling out telling everyone their still holding. A few posters on here do not make one bit of difference to the direction of the share price. You can go round in circles 12,345 times like this but the sp is where it is because of what the company stated in the RNS.

You can’t possibly know whether someone holds or not so I think your reasoning is flawed.

How could you possibly know all that about him/her? But anyway let me get this right......someone is a genuine holder if they hold, but when the sell to protect their funds they’re a weak holder and no more a genuine holder!!

Thanks Neptunes I was a little confused but I understand now. See I thought it was all the lth’s who bailed creating a 60% drop when they sold as they said the same a month ago.

I’d still like to know what a ‘genuine holder’ is.

Without doubt they’ll need more funds, they do have £200k drawdown left but that will soon go.

Forgive my scepticism but they have now released pictures of the progress from the graphite project and there’s not a termite mound in sight.

If they dropped Argentina they drop their revenue to next to nothing, gun with a barrel at both ends.

Exactly Neptunes. The major walked, its negative, no need for any derampering as the market spoke. Trying to ramp it now is pointless, the same as trying to make the pieces fit ones own positive opinion. The longer no new news takes regarding any other form of funding/JV etc takes the more this will drip away. That’s not been negative it’s the way it is.

Not had a drop jsd, they need to now get these samples sorted for offtake etc. No messing around now as they’ve been saying that for a while and nothings come from it. All holes intersected graphite, topography, rc drilling blah blah blah. All are steps for the mine plan etc need some engineering studies doing(that might be the next stall). What I want to know more about the is the ‘high net worth individuals’ who have a claim over the assets for £400k worth of funding. I contacted St Brides who answered but with a standard statement regarding the £400k. Now she’s on holiday after I replied, so I’ll contact them again in the near future.
