I think they’ve stopped replying to me after I quizzed them on the gold and about why the terms and conditions of the the £400k loan wasn’t made available to investors. Apparently it was not mentioned they had security over the assets because it wasn’t mentioned by the lender at the time. Also because they never told the market it was unsecured it means it was secured. Load of bull, in that case if they didn’t mention it was secured it must mean it was unsecured. Their just trying to wriggle out of it if you ask me.

If Mr Bull has that many shares why isn’t he on the register holding above 3% and why wasn’t a tr1 issued. The register was updated on the 25/9/18 a full 5 months after the placing. Corporate governance truly out the window.

Vox is talking bull if they’ve wrote that.

I think you’ve been lucky it was suspended when MinEx notified looking at the sp action today, lucky or Zorby planned it that way.

Unless they put an order in to sell the lot and left it with their broker. Only when they’ve all been sold and the order is complete they then have to notify! Full order not part order. It’s just the timing that’s suspect with the suspension.

Well what I can gather from today’s posts is that you all think Zorby is manipulating the sp, withholding information, selling shares on the sly.

Its true though, he can’t release what he hasn’t got.

So Zorby never held any results and as stated they should be ready shortly, hence he knew no reason.

It doesn’t need to be a benefit but if they know no reason then they know no reason which is the reason it was issued. Which I’d say was reasonable.

A lot of things could be possible MrKing but I wouldn’t suspect the bod of deliberately manipulating the sp to keep it low, what would be the benefit?
