‘Grow the active subscriber base’ , this is inline with the company’s strategic plan. Basically they get them on board then try and get money out of them. As with the other 900 plus billion potential customers they have from other partnerships. Revenue is slowly growing in India (£400k from memory after 3 years) but not fast enough to hold off a fund raise as the company stated in the full year results.

The regulators won’t be looking at anything. The company issued an RNS just like the others regarding a partnership, people jumped in without any research, the mm’s facilitated the trades, the rampers pumped it, people fell for it. The board issued a warning that the new partnership would not instantly create any money for the company. Why would it? They’ve over 1b potential customers with other partners and that’s not brought in any vast amounts of money over the last few years.

The mm’s have won, they’ve unloaded all the dross onto believers of the hype spouted today and who will be now spiked. Then the blaming of those who warned them will start, the hype merchants will just sculk off until next time.

There we are nothing to worry about, they anticipate that they’ll have a meeting with the DMR!!! So on with 3D, dust kicking and then a six holes drill program. Results probably due this time next year.

Why do you think he’s holding back signing when it clearly states in the RNS that the DMR’s office has been closed in URU’s region and things have been delayed and it would be signed in November.

It’s a shame you’re not at the Nickel face spade in hand MrKing, as you don’t half do some digging. When they say counter signed I presume they mean URU and the DMR just like they said in the RNS. Nothing more, nothing less, ie they haven’t signed it yet simple as.

Bluntly put Max, but yes it’s generally why companies consolidate the sii. $1.3m of cce back in March with a zero nominal par value. They still had a little movement but at such a low sp they’d have to hire Sunway TaihuLight to work out how many shares to issue. So I’d put it down to raising more funds than anything else.
