I think an 80/20 split would selling out Pumpky, going on a US$35m (10%) capex of a US$350m NPV project I would expect a better deal than that.

If they have an agreement in principle surely that would legally have to be RNS’d , dont know whether that would be the same for an offer even if it was a lowball one.

I think you’re using a sledgehammer to batter in those jigsaw pieces. I hope it works out for you all, I also doubt the Zorb knows any more than the rest of us regarding and new type of batteries. Any case, by the time the Zorb does anything meaningful here they’ll of designed a new type of battery with no nickel in it.
