Due to its low sulphur content, the Group continues to optimise sales into the shipping market and pricing has continued to improve, with recent cargoes returning to a premium to Brent.

Expecting Brent to hit 55 at some point this month.
Current mcap is a joke!

Reckon we will see Brent 55 sometime in Jan 2020 even with the planned 500k Opec increase for Feb.

Laidback, genel did a debt restructure recently at 10% so don’t think it will be less than that...

What’s pegging this back is clarity over debt repayment but discussion with IR confirmEd they are in discussions with the banks and they are very supportive of restructure and they have variety of options.
The plan is to pay as much as they can with fcf and remaining to be restructured with higher interest imo from 7%... to say 10%. I expect about 200m to be repaid and the remain to be restructured imo.
As you can tell from the current mcap additional equity raise is not an option. Give IR a call and they should alleviate all your concerns imo....don’t forget AB holds ridiculous amount of shares and tbh I have not come across many companies where the top man put so much of his money.
I am sure any deals will have shareholder value in mind. At current mcap the downside is limited but massive upside!!

Reckon we should see improvement in volume as we get to the next update in early Feb.
Hoping debt is reduced to 1300m which would be decent performance since the last visit....

If Kraken premiums are correct than current mcap is crazy!!
We should be around 15p now at current Brent.
Expecting 18-20p very quickly as long as Brent stays above 50...

50% oil production hedged at 52 would be good as it gives protection against any downside + the remaining would benefit from any upside!!
AB would be foolish if he doesn’t hedge any oil in 2021 and 2022 if Brent goes to say 55 ( which I think we should get that in Jan21)...
This should be their number 1 item on their lessons learnt register for 2020 ( assuming enquest got one)....
If fcf at 27 dollar is correct for 2021 then I don’t see why enquest can’t hedge some of the oil now as we would be generating enough fcf to pay towards debt reduction.

That’s what we all thought in Jan 2020.

Come on AB hedge half of production for 2021 at 52 now and reduce the risk!!!

Nope peak production was in 2019 and enquest did reduced a decent amount of debt from 1.8bn...

Kraken has really been producing optimum in 2020 however:

Pandemic? Brent going -ve? All oilies struggled and this is not exclusive to enquest.
The only thing enquest has failed massively is not hedging enough Oil in 2020 at 55++...
