There is little shareholder value created at 50 Brent.
Enquest need 60 Brent to create any value imo.....
Recent discussions with IR confirmed debt due in Oct won’t be payed and company looking at other options !!!

TW, all depends on poo but say Brent averages 50 then enquest will be stuck around 11-14p range.
If Brent goes 55++ that’s when enquest gets interesting and will consider buying back in.
The problem for enquest is no new production is coming online in 2021 so expecting average 52k bopd which is not good imo as we expected 75k at the start of the year. Obviously just like any other company covid hasn’t helped.

So Pelle since you don’t consider yourself to be “dumb or dumber” can you explain how the debt restructure would be funded ? Would the bond holder be happy to amend the maturity date without penalty ?
As I said enquest would be okay at 60 but not yet.
Current debt from the last update over 1.3b...
Recent examples suggest bond holders don’t give a **** about sh when it comes to any restructures!!
