They need to raise money somehow. Whether it’s dilution or additional debt to pay the existing due in Oct.....
The problem for enquest is production is collapsing and no new projects coming online in 2021, 2022 or2024 ....
Currently enquest producing solely for survival ...

If sig says losses still there for h2 but a bit lesser ?
Not sure how they still managing to make loss especially when the margin they make on each product is decent.
I reckon the cost associated with offices/ warehouses and number of staff is too high...

Current debt from last update increased to 1388m.......
They have an outstanding 385 debt facility due in Oct 2021 which management has clearly stated they won’t be able to pay in full....production falling as well and last I checked about 50k so massive fall from 70k recently.
They need to raise ASAP imo. I am a bit positive so reckon raise will be around 10-11p and not 9p as chilting stated.

Good luck. Yeah sentiments are good at the moment so it’s best to raise some money. Don’t forget we’ve still got almost 1.4b debt but let’s see...
Ftse is undervalued but I don’t trust the toppy Dow Jones and crazy valuation of most of the companies....when Dow Jones falls usually Ftse follows....
Enquest should be okay long term and I agree bagger from current position.

Also I would raise 100m cash too. Short term pain for long term again....
Enquest could avoid restructuring if they raise 100m....
Get some hedging at 55 raise 100m at say 11p.... this would enable enquest to save on expensive restructuring cost and additional interest....

Take advantage of this rise and momentum and bring debt down from 1.4bn
