I am confident of Brent for 2021 as I think due to covid it’s in everyone’s interest to play ball and keep Brent at reasonable level. Not sure about 2022...
Tullow was trading between 7-11p before the debt restructure was announced and it shooted to 25p++
Tullow was able to renegotiate their debt when oil was 20 and now its 55 so hopefully shouldn’t be a problem....

Assuming production averages 50k and Brent averages 52 ( pessimistic view)
B/e targeted $27 for 2021 - actual $30 achieved.
At 52 Brent fcf generated for 2021- 22* 50000 = 401.5m ( approx 2 times the market cap)

Optimistic view:
Brent averages $60 for 2021 and production averages 55k
B/e targeted archived at $27 ( optimistic view)
33*55000 Fcf generates for 2021 = 662.5m (approx 3 times market cap).

Unsecured debt eliminated

On 23(rd) December 2020 the Group successfully completed its GBP100m capital raising and move to AIM. The net proceeds of the capital raise combined with the on-going focus on cash generation have allowed the Group to repay all unsecured debt and in line with the targets laid out in November, the Group now has a net cash position of GBP83.7m. As previously stated, the capital raise will also enable the business to invest further in its digital capabilities and accelerate its growth strategy.
